Im sure we have all heard the story - its international news at this stage. For anyone who hasnt - here is a link. Seriously? This is appalling. If this happened me in work I would be suing for sexual harassment. Its not funny. Its not a game. It is inappropriate behaviour.

And that is what happens in a lot of cases I am sure.

Sadly yes, it's a horrible catch 22 situation to be in, if nothing is done initially then the danger is it will happen again. Ms. Carey doesn't say whether any of the incidents were reoffenders.
