Football Championship 2026 (Mod Note in OP)
Provincial championships starting this weekend. Tyrone had a tough league. Will be interesting to see if they can deliver a big performance against Armagh. WORDLE
Anyone doing it? I never do crosswords or anything but I've become semi addicted to this even though I'm not great. After thirteen days I've a 54% success rate. My longest steak is 3 and my quickest guess is line 3 (twice). Was stuck on it for over twenty minutes one day but still couldn't get it 😞

France Ferry & Campsite info (use Search function) mod warning post 1
Wondering what peoples views are on driving from Roscoff to the Vendee. Head east to Rennes and then down to Nantes or go west through Brest/Lorient? Comparison between Ukraine's stubbornness to compromise and the Anglo Irish treat
Ukraine doesn't seem to be willing to make any compromise apart from the complete unconditional surrender of Russia which in a perfect world would be great but that's just not how the world works. I find it similar to the compromise we made in 1921, sure in a perfect world we shouldn't have had to become a free state and…

“Women’s rights are human rights” - but only if women are really human!
It looks as if Féile an Phobaill don’t consider women as fully human: after first planning to host a discussion on why women’s sex-based rights matter, at the first sign of protest from the usual TRAs, Féile an Phobail has cancelled an event by Women’s Rights Network Northern Ireland, described by the festival as…

Pinergy Feedback
My Bord Gais contract is expiring in a few weeks and just looking for feedback on Pinergy. Is this the plan that people are using? I have 10kWh batteries so should be able to cover most usage during the day. Any feedback would be appreciated. I believe they require large payments for the first few months due to level pay.

Ionity charging network
Some good news at last. 9 charging locations with 6 chargers per location. All of them 150kW and presumably upgradable to 350kW. Looks like locations near all the main cities, a bit thin in the midlands though where most economy EVs like Leaf 2018, eGolf and Ioniq require one charge to go from say Dublin to Cork. Hopefully…
