    Oh she knows. :pac:

Ended up waking up about 3 hours after I intended to this morning and therefore missed my swim. Also noticed that I have a long line of bruises at my left knee and along my ITB after yesterday

    When did I do that?

It's like I'm destined never to spend time with you. I either sleep in or get sick every time I want to go for a run with ya. Looks like I won't be running for a few days anyway, so maybe next time. :pac:

Also, you didn't that was aimed at RK!

You coming out the toe GIR next week RK? If you're up to running/jogging it I might not be able to run so, you know.... ;)

My thigh swelled up so badly after a physio session that it simulated the injury by pulling the ligament across the knee.

    Pain is your friend though!;)

Might come over as support, but there's no way I'll be up to running/jogging/whatevering it. Runs this week are probably going to be less than a mile and a half. :(

At the moment I'm kinda looking at either the Leixlip or Donore 5k (most likely the Donore one) as a tentative return to racing. CF suggested that adding in some faster running (strides/intervals etc) as soon as I can run for 20 minutes pain-free as faster stuff is less likely to irritate the ITB...

It's about a mile and a half from the finish line to Ryans, right?

I could just go straight to Ryans and skip all of this running stuff :pac:

If RQ can get away with wearing a Leeds jersey, I can wear a Man U jersey in public. :pac:
