Nope, and i don't give a crap about any half arsed ways of explaining away taking a shot like this, there is simply no reason for it.

Either the other guy gets mauled or he doesn't, but it'd be worse to be shot, THEN mauled.

As said above he took a second shot and the dogs were in the way.

We've all taken "those" shots where we're unsure whether its a good one or not, so not claiming to be an alter boy, but NEVER in my life have i ever pointed a gun in the direction of someone let alone fired a shot across them or at them. Same goes for dogs.

So this guy was target fixated, didn't identify the position of his mate or the dogs, fired towards them, etc. Broke many of the golden rules of shooting but these two mainly.

On their website (http://www.doctorsforprotectionfromguns.ca/), the organization now backed by AirBnB overtly shows support for #British style gun control with these lines: "We can make our families and communities safer. ​Say yes to a ban on handguns and assault weapons in Canada".

The announcement comes at a critical moment, as the now-minority #TrudeauGovernment in #Canada may any day impose sweeping gun control by an Order in Council (essentially a Government decree which would bypass the Canadian Parliament), mandating a full ban and #confiscation of most, if not all, #centerfire #semiautomatic #modernsportingrifles and #carbines, as well as many #shotguns (first and foremost all #AR15 variants).
And indeed, they have announced their intention to do so, multiple times, before and after the last elections.

The Trudeau Government also aims at passing legislation that would allow cities and Provinces to impose further gun control, eg. banning #handgun ownership on their jurisdictions – despite the fact that gun laws have always been a Federal/national lawmaker's purview in Canada.
This would allow #Liberal-controlled cities, towns, and Provinces in Canada to disrupt the lives of millions of law-abiding, licensed #firearms owners.

#JustinTrudeau and the Liberal Party of Canada | Parti libéral du Canada have close ties with the New Zealand Labour Party and #JacyndaArdern – the masterminds behind the expensive, punitive, completely useless, and utterly unsuccessful #gunban imposed in 2019 following the #ChristchurchShooting. We can thus only imagine where Mr. Trudeau got his inspiration from, and what are his goals.

Canada may seem distant to gun owners in #Europe, or even in the #UnitedStates; but it actually isn't. Should their gun bans succeed, it will be just a matter of time before other "progressive" leaders will decide to follow their line and repeat their "beautiful, successful experience" elsewhere.

Canada is like a lot more countries, maybe even Ireland. You have liberal, metro-sexual, latte sipping cities and more conservative rural areas. I know after the canadian election last year, the western states of Alberta and British Columbia were talking about splitting off from the rest of the nation. You have the likes of these states which are massive in size, multiples of Ireland, with less representation in the Parliament than a single city in Ontario.

I bought this in Lidl some time back probably because it was on sale and only just realised now that it's the dogs liathróidí when installed in a well hidden gun safe.

Might save those accidental bangs and scrapes that seem to devalue equipment in a lot of secondhand buyers/sellers eyes.

Well worth the 7 ish euro.

Its not her party line that has me laughing, it's the trademarking of her name, establishing a foundation to deal with donations, royalties from her and her parents books, prize money, etc.
