    monday ,,1st run in 9 days,just did easy 5 miles at 126bpm @ 9:51,,1st mile felt no so good,last mile i didnt want to stop, and so it begins, 5

    2.5-3hrs 8am from clane or sallins if u want on sat morn....some mp miles in there

    Could be on for that, will confirm later in the week.
    Sounds perfect for me but just to be sure to be sure(!), what are your MP miles? Sub 8? What will the remainder of the run be at?

    My Mr. Boston says i'm to do "Long Distance - 18 to 21 miles (@ 8:20/mile), running miles 9 through 12 at marathon pace (7:15/mile)". Sounds pretty manageable...?

    Will give it a whirl . .have w nice 18 mile loop in mind...few hills aswell
