    Lookin forward to new year,...bit of a disappointing year with dropping out of goal race,but a few highlights-learnin to swim and completing the lee swim ,doin a half decent 100k ,getting a good few mountain runs in,
    New year races that are gonna be raced

    March..bohermeen 1/2
    April. Ww ultra
    April conn ultra
    May staples town 50 mille
    May ww solo
    June. Portumna 100k
    July ..Belfast 12/24hr

    I've a long run to do on Sunday so will go to the Park to do it in the daylight.
    I'm sure we can do 7.5/12k on Monday evening though. Will firm up later.

    Thank for that this morning. V enjoyable run. The staplestown 'luge' was interesting:eek:. Hot choc was great though and well worth the extra 3k to get it. Looking forward to the 50k.
