    Thoughts:
    Was knackered from my interview and the heat, just went up for the sake of it.

    Low bar squats suck ass, i actually cant find the spot where the bar sits on muscle and any weight over 60kg really hurts, not to mention i cant straighten out my wrists.

    Shoulder press was easy i guess, no struggling.

    Did rows cause i was too tired for power cleans.

    I really hope to compete next year, id love to be pulling 150+ for a single by christmas, my goal is to crack the national junior deadlift record, but ive no idea what it is. The reason for the singles was i was bolloxed goin in and i knew i wouldnt get the full reps and i decided to take it as low bar training day, which kills my wrists! Thx all :P i didnt think anyone read my log :P

    Yeah you can. And so you know, in real life the pair of them are softies, when it comes to checking lifts, it's usually me who cuts into people on their form!! :D

    ive no idea, the main problem would be getting over there, im usually quite a training whore.As in ill cut out the most socialable hours of my day just to train :P. So i can train usually most days. Today is my only exception, beach party!! :P. Btw wheres your log updates!

    Good day not overly exciting

    Finding really hard to get breaths on squats. I seem to be hip raising out of the hole when im tired and nearly gming it up.

    RE: breathing - try to suck air into your belly instead of your chest. Problem I've found w/ breathing into your chest is that with the bar on your back it gets harder and harder to get air as the weight goes up so you're best off learning to breathe into your belly now.

    You don't know how to breath into your stomach? When you breath does your shoulders go up, as you chest fills up? Well instead of doing that, resist that sort of movement, and imagine pulling your diaphragm down into your stomach using your lungs, diaphragm and stomach muscles. Sort of like tensing before someone hits you in the stomach, but you draw air into your stomach first/while tensing.

    i did a bit of googling and found ive tried it out, I sort of tense my abs as im doing this and nearly expand my stomach before the air goes in?

    Absolutly had no time, extreme rush. Ive decided to not log warm ups as the log was getting cluttered.

    Working sets on squats where good, so good infact i was gonna go for an 85kg single, Then i remembered i had done that last week, so i tried 87.5kg. It flew up, and it felt awesome, so awesome that itd have been a crime not to attempt 90kg and i got it, got it good :D
