    just back from a semi deload- i know it looks like im training very sporadically but im actually doing some sort of training 6 days a week, whether it be weights bjj running or cycling.

    Squats: on a box of all places
    these where all normal, just to warm up
    40 x 5
    60 x 5
    80 x 1
    80 x 1-low bar now
    100 x 1
    110 x 1
    120 x 1
    130 x 1 , belt on loose
    140 x 1 tight belt, felt weird
    140 x 1 loose belt again, way easier.
    100 x 3 box
    120 x 2
    120 x 2

    130 x 2
    100 x 5 high bar
    100 x 1 low bar beltless
    Some random good mornings

    Lying leg curl
    3 x 15, tough weight

    Standing knee raises?

    found out what the leather ring attachment was for so decided to give it a go

    stress of logging, been training bits and bobs, only in the gym weight training, bjj is consistant tho

    100 x early spotter touch, wasnt even tough,, spotter also gave the ****test lift off in the history of time
