    Press was nice aside from a lil blip on last set. after 2nd rep of last set, this guy in teh rack beside me came up and said to me "can i ask you a question?" i said "fire away". He then had the nerve to say "is it necessary to drop the weights after each rep like that?" in teh most snide voice ever. I replied nicely and ignore him, he then went back to doing db bicep curls on a bosu ball in the squat rack...

    You'd prob get a Push Jerk where you wouldn't get a push press

    i generally wouldn't when having a half serious conversation, plus thats just too obv,

    You probably should give the Push Jerks ago, if you can squat and you can push press then you can push jerk!

    i have a problem with resting the bar on my clavicles tho, i broke both my wrists a while ago which has led to poor flexibility.

    i can't either, I have the tightest triceps on the planet, you can push jerk it from a push press position!

    Then work on flexibility? sounds a bit mean but if you've lost it you should try to regain it. Even if you haven't broken a wrist that bar position can take some getting used to, so don't think you should be getting it automatically or not at all.

    i am really trying, whenever i think about it i try to stretch them and i clean the bar at the start of every shoulder press set. its just hard :P

    you should be able to now i'd say with some practice,, i could throw 90 over my head a year ago and my shoulder strength wasn't half what it is now, half of it is psychological and the other half is practice

    look i'm going to get eaten alive for saying this but...

    fúck the technique unless you're going in to oly lifting, if you can get that over your head in a SAFE manner then do it!! you can't rack the weight on your clavicles.... so what... just do me a favor and try it!!

    I think you picked me up wrong :P, id have no problem attempting 70kg ,but i think if i failed it it would be due to my technique holding me back, aslong as my back isnt in a bad way i really dont care how i get the bar up :P, Sure in power cleans i hold the bar at the top nearly like a bicep curl :D

    65kg -1x4 1x4(spotter assisted last reps, could have got the 3rd one solo tho) 1x2(closer grip)

    2x5(palms away this set)

    Clean and Jerk(ugly ass jerk)
    got 57.5kg for a single, sooo close to 60kg single

    Bicep curls DBS
    17.5kg 3x12

    Thoughts:
    Good day not overly exciting

    Pb on squats, first 2 sets where good, third set got uglyish, but not as bad as my third set can be

    Deadlifts where ugly, gonna stick with this weight for a good while, i just cant keep my hips down.

    Clean and jerk was fun, i really enjoy the lift,i will get 60kg next week!

    Have you tried pushing through your heels away from the ground? Pull thrus for assistance as well perhaps? Have you video'd the deads lately?

    i havent no, i will soon i hope, i think its more of a problem of trying to go too heavy but i dunno. Ill try lean back more and push my heels through.Oh i just noticed i forgot That i had hit another PB in the workout that i forgot to mention, i hit a 50kg atg front sqwat :P

    Squats werent bad for first 2 sets, but my wrists where going numb today for some reason, and took away some concentration

    The jump to 50kg on press is gonna be too hard, im gonna just have to increase range of motion down to my chest on 47.5kg before i tackle 50, im currently at chin level, was at nose level last week.

    Power cleans where extremely ugly, ill get them better next time

    100kg 1x0 x3 :P, almost had it, ill get it on a 1rm day

    65kg -3x4 grindiest last rep ever, took 9 seconds to complete :)

    20 reps, wide grip, completed in the least amount of sets i could do

    first time i tried them i couldnt get back up so i just did back extensions so noone would notice :D. really tough to do.

    Bad day, had to cut it really short.

    Squat singles
    got 100kg 1x1, slightly high though so it doesnt count
    tried twice more at depth, one failed straight away, one failed about a foot from the top, soo close :P

    got a pain in my back deadlifting, so leaving weights until i can get to a physio, gota 75kg bench single. Which means if i can hit a 125kg deadlift ill get a 300kg total, which is what i want :)

    another mullet session, crossfit style things of note,
    50kg half thrusters x few

    30kg db bent over rows strict 3x8 per arm

    77.5kg bench 1x1, spotter helped, i wouldnt have got it, but i woulda got 75kg

    40kg creepers got to set 6, underestimated these ALOT!!, gonna get it tho!

    50kg front squat 1x1

    210kg leg press sets for 5 reps, really really really deep

    bicep crap, tricep crap, tricep crap was the reason i couldnt lock out thrusters

    pull ups wide grip 2x5
    neutral grips 1x4

    Cf style to teh max :P, got this done in like 40 min, was absolutly sweating,just tryin to keep the blood flowin, going for a 30min jog now, thats boredom for ya :P
