    Nice work.

    High sticking point on the presses is because the bar's in front and not actually over your shoulders. You should be pushing up, pulling your chin back outta the way and then ducking your head and chest thru (or pushing the bar back) to get it in position.

    Power cleans
    worked up to a triple at 60, form wasnt great, more work to do.

    Db Incline press

    32.5 x 7

    and thats it, in and out in an hour

    Benched the other day, did two singles at 95 fairly handily.
    back work then, various forms of rows.

    Today

    Squats:
    bar x 5
    60 x 3
    60 x 3
    80 x 3
    100 x 2
    100 x 1
    110 x 1
    120 x 1
    130 x 1
    140 x unrack, stood there for a sec, felt like vomiting so re-racked and went outside
    140 x 1 dodgy and slow
    130 x 1
    140 x 1, bad, but my spotter almost fell over mid rep and braced himself off of me :D
    140 x 1, better, bit slow .

    and thats it, training with L,Hamleys,G and COH was pervin on us all, good sesh

    havent updated in a while, nothing really happening, did a few bjj classes.

    havent done a weight session , elbow was sore, and my back was ****ed from sleeping on a bean bag with my head propped against a wall.

    Went downhilling a good few times, going again tommorow morning, and did some road cycling on my newest purchase2010_FELT_Z100_FULL1.jpg

    im actually using flats on it, i hate toe clips and cleats :D
    jitz is grand, havent been in a few days but ill be going tonight , ive stopped updating the log with jitz at all so thats why you might not see it here

    .
    6am mountainbiking sesh till 9, went to school at 10, got kicked out for wearing wrong type of shoes(left right ones in work)
    so going mountains again , gym and jits later

    Weight training + mountain bikin.

    Weight training +road cycling


    would love to do jitz more but with school 5 days a week i just dont have the time

    program wise i have no idea what to do, anyone got any suggestions?

    I don't have any program advice, as I have only ever done 5/3/1 and that seems to have very little credibility around these parts at the moment :D

    I wanted to ask if you are lifting in the WDFPF worlds in Castleblayney? If you are, it's a bit strange that you don't have a program worked out at this stage?

    yea, qualifying in my group wasnt exactly hard, 400kg at 110? lolz.

    and are you going L, have you ever done a meet for that matter?

    i'm hoping to hit 180 (optimistically) by the end... but that means you've 3 weeks and a few days to hit 170 cos i won't be testing till i'm done smolov!

    im actually interested to see what i could do now if i go in well, id say i could do 160 for an uglyish rep, i may do a light meso cycle on smolov.

    at the peak i had 6,

    Two downhills,

    a hybrid, the racer, and a dirt jumper, and this orange cruiser thing i borrowed from a mate

    at the moment, two.

    Hybrid- robbed last week, 600+ euro gone, from my locked shed aswell....

    Scott Dh bike- in parts that im selling

    Stab Dh bike- still have

    Dirt jumper- Sold

    Racer - still have

    Cruiser- gave back to my mate.

    Smolov base meso, extended edition, based off of 150 max

    105 x 4 x 9, grand job, during the warm ups i used my cons and i wasnt bothered taking them off, so i used em for these, felt very solid, gonna use em for duration of program, most likely anyway

    Db rows, 35 x 12
    35 x 10

    T-bar rows
    40 x 6, then my legs told me to piss off

    COH peer pressure walking lunges
    60 x a few, ive never been spotted doing lunges, but my god i needed to be.


    ive got a plan worked out for now

    3 days a week squatting, 1 day benching . sounds like great fun!

    he was doing 120 when i was leaving, after doing heavy ass front squats and box squats.....

    edit: just realised thats my first time doing lunges with 60kg, Pb so
