    Went running with the school cross country team at lunch, just a few laps of our pitches, came first, absolutly ripped the piss out of all of em, they are all like 65kg and got beaten by a 97kg lad who barely runs.

    i did all these with a hook grip today, for absolutly no reason, was interesting, if i do a thumbless grip i get no pain on my wrist, but my pressings weaker, thumb grip , i get pain on my wrist but stronger pressing

    hook grip i get no pain and it feels stronger, result!
