Can I get a lactose free latte with sugar free vanilla and coffee that doesn't upset me
    thx
Or a bed, a bed would be perfect right now

    Rice milk...

    Or is that mank?

Bought a couple of Studio Ghibli films on Amazon after getting sick of only one being on Netflix.

Wearing my 'something old' from my wedding today. A silver heart-shaped pendant that was my grandmother's. It's really pretty.

Rice milk isn't too bad, a bit watery though.

It's not great. No, I can use lactosefree milk from tesco if I need it, exactly the same as normal just with lactase added, just need to get starbucks or something to start doing it as well! :p soya milk is gross, had to have it as a kid

The lindy hop guy won't let me in to the class with my friend unless we bring guys because it's too female-heavy at the moment and if we can't bring guys we can only start in the course beginning at the end of feb :(

I use coconut milk now. Not the one from the can but the Kara Dairy Free one.

I should really calm down on the coconut thing.

I've coconut shampoo, condition, body wash, dry shampoo, perfume and I use coconut oil when I cook.

    Little bit obsessed.

I cook with coconut oil; I've also used it in my hair as a conditioner and thought it was very good. Actually I should have used it this morning, as I had almost no conditioner left but I forgot all about it. I haven't tried coconut milk; I presume you get it in health food shops?

My hips hurt. Might just go for a short walk later on instead of the long one I did yesterday. It stopped raining when I got out the door which was great lol. :)

Quite a few branches of Super Valu do too, I usually get it in the one on Aston Quay. Kara is about €1.99 for a litre there.

Going out for Indian food at lunchtime. Haven't had Indian food since I came back from India... not sure if I'm dreading this or looking forward to it! I got thoroughly fed up with the food after a year of eating it, let's see how today goes.

My boss has been doing a job I do since 9am and is still not finished. I have it done and filed away by 10.30 each week. I HATE lazy people!

Can this day be over already? I am doubting the ability of my students to read as they seem unable to extract the right figures from a study!

Last time nothing was expected of you. You were an absolute beginner.

Now you've shown that you can do some of it. So not only do you have to remember what you learned last week, you've to learn some more.

    ^^ That's what I was like when I started.

If you think about it as practising and not a lesson, you'll be grand. The instructor won't push you past your limit. I used to be so wrecked after my lessons. A sign of a lot of mental activity!

I'm like jelly now after that. I drove around town (), out the back roads and got into 4th gear and dropped myself home! Conked a few times at traffic lights that don't work. It's like you do one thing one and you do the exact opposite for another and it's confusing!

The instructor said it's really impressive and that he wouldn't have me out there if he didn't think I could do it. I have to stop being nice and getting dragged in left. The experienced drivers will have to deal with me rather than me dealing with them!

Have a big sleep now. Learning to drive is seriously hard work. Sounds like you're doing great.

I have found amazon's weakness. I can't find any good popcorn makers.

    41FroaYATEL._AA160_.jpgHere ya go... :)

Actually, this reminds me of a conversation in work the other day. A colleague mentioned how she'd used a tin of tomatos instead of passata. "Would you not just pop the tomatos into a blender and you'd nearly get passata?" "Oh, I don't have a blender.".

Shortly after she mentioned her smoothie maker. "Erm, that's a blender..."

    Will that work?

That sounds fab! I would love to curl up in bed or on the couch but I'm watching Who Do You Think You Are and only our kitchen tv has Saorview to watch RTE on so I've to stay here for now, first world problem or wha :p
