Brilliant stuff, didn't believe the government had the balls to do this but it makes total sense. The hospitals are nearly empty. Time to stop the nonsense and get back to some sort of life rather than cowering away in fear.

Everything that he enjoys - horse racing (it's back now), GAA, singing in his choir has been taken away from him over the last few months, so great that they might finally be able to take off for a drive in the good weather (hopefully it picks up again).

According to our HSE officials the cancer patients are less important than COVID-19 patients. They should know better than us!

there is a "thank you frontline workers" movement,
why there is no "respect the elderly" as they were in much worse conditions then the rest of us? (no essential medical treatments, stay inside the house)
