Their intelligence mustn't be very good.

The lad in question was 'interviewing' (read 'preaching to') asylum seekers when they were waiting to have their case heard. His views were meant to be fairly radical and i believe the night he was arrested he was approaching the federal prosecuters offices too.

No, no apparently that's all wrong. He was just out buying postcards and ice-cream

You're going to get well meaning errors and suspects picked up and cleared.

The last thing you want is to criticise the police so much for releasing people that you end up with someone being prosecuted like the Birmingham 6 all so they have a culprit no matter who that is.

Police have to be able to arrest and investigate and release. It's very much part of the process of elimination they need yo go through to actually find those responsible.

These processes can be quite different in some civil code law countries too. Arrests during investigations are much more common than they would be here.

Sounds far fetched but apparently a mass text was sent to youths in Molenbeek looking for them to take up Jihad...

    Loose translation:

"Brother, Why not join in the battle against the west? Make the right choices in life"

Interview in the papers with the mayor of Rotterdam

Just copy/paste text into google translate if Dutch isnt your thing.

Ironically, the part of the city these ***** were found is called Het Nieuwe Westen ( The new West)
