Try for Delon Williams makes it 10-15.

    Try Liam Williams

Russell puts the restart out on the full

Lee Jones in for try #3. Lethal counterattack off a turnover.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,804 ✭✭✭b.gud

Russell missed the conversion so it 10-20 to Glasgow at half time

    scarlets tore apart

Zebre gonna ship another 50-60 here today, Ulster's 3rd try I think took Zebre beyond 600 conceded this season.

If Cardiff get a BP win at home to Dragons, which is likely, then they'll be equal with Edinburgh and Munster. The last spot in Europe is all to play for. How different things would be if Cardiff hadn't lost both away matches in Italy.

    Hmm, so I think my predictions for the top 3 are;

    Connacht finish on 76
    Leinster 74
    Glasgow 72
    Ulster 66

Should be an interesting set of semis! Glasgow will be gunning for a home final so I really don't fancy taking them on, but in a full rds it should be a great game.

I'd say 74,75 or 77 are all more likely than 76 for Connacht, treviso wil surely be a 5 pointer.

It's away from home and I can't help but think Treviso will put up a fight in their last game and Connacht may struggle to get a BP. So 8 points from the two game, but yeah potentially 77 but it won't make a deference. They just need two wins and I can't see Leinster beating Ulster.

Treviso better not put up a fight in their last game. That's against us!

Zebre could do everyone a favour and beat Glasgow. Puts Zebre out of contention for Eurelegation and Glasgow out of contention for that home semi!

Sorry, is it they're home game then?

Connacht travel to Treviso next week and then Treviso make the trip up to Dublin the week after.

Glasgow play Zebre in the interim.

A tough finish for the Italians.

Even tight games against the Italians tend to be scorefests though. When they kick it up a notch their defence doesn't tighten that much, they just seem to score more.

Amos is such a difference make for the Dragons

Looks like Cardiff will miss out on a bonus point, so just 4 points for them. Good news for Munster, could be crucial in the Battle for Seventh

Definitely prefer to take on Glasgow in the RDS rather than Edinburgh. I think we will end up playing them either way.

    Leinster 68
    Connacht 68
    Glasgow 66
    Ulster 60
    Scarlets 58
    Edinburgh 53
    Munster 53
    Cardiff 52
    Ospreys 49
    Dragons 26
    Zebre 19
    Treviso 16

    Leinster: Ulster (A), Treviso (H)

    Connacht: Treviso (A), Glasgow (H)

    Glasgow: Zebre (H), Connacht (A)

    Ulster: Leinster (H), Ospreys (A)

    Scarlets: Dragons (N), Munster (A)

    Edinburgh: Munster (A), Cardiff (H)

    Munster: Edinburgh (H), Scarlets (H)

    Cardiff: Ospreys (N), Edinburgh (A)

Glasgow and Connacht will pick up full points in Round 21 to put the pressure on Leinster for the top 2 spots. Ospreys season is more or less over so you'd expect Cardiff to win at the Principality Stadium. Scarlets should beat Dragons. With a trip to Ospreys on the final day, I think Ulster will need to beat Leinster to make the Top 4. Munster vs Edinburgh is simply huge. Edinburgh's 38 point advantage in points differential could be crucial.

As good as Connacht's recent form has been, Glasgow have been on fire and they completely dismantled a decent Scarlets team. Right now I'd back Glasgow to win in Galway.

Munster will have to up their game if they are going to win those two games.
Glasgow and Connacht's season will be decided in Galway in the last round.
Leinster v Ulster and Munster v Edinburgh are the ones to watch next week.

As a Connacht fan I will be hoping that Leinster miss out on the LBP up in Raven Hill, which I could see happening. I also think that on a dry day in Galway, Glasgow and Connacht could be a try fest, Connacht could come out with 2 bonus points which would also be enough to squeeze out Leinster.

    Leinster get nothing in Ulster.
Connacht and Glasgow get a TBP each in a drawn game.

;) Try fest, 3 points a piece, home semis all round. Everyone goes home happy!

Think it's unlikely that Leinster leave Ravenhill empty handed.

Ashley Beck has re-signed with Ospreys. A good player with a horrific injury record. I had thought he was moving on

    There's a player I'd love at Munster.

He could keep Bleyendaal company :)
