    It's going to be funny when normality is restored and the crowds are lamenting...

    Sanchez can have a grand rest while he plays Iran in Austria and Brazil in the Emirates in London. I can't imagine he'll be too hard pressed in those games.

    Wenger said he needs rest but can't drop him either going by that article. If I knew what I wanted to do with him in the medium/long term I'd sell him but biding my time with him for now.

    I'd be very surprised to see Sanchez rested tomorrow ahead of an international break. Arsenal mids are a lottery anyway so hold him unless you need the money.

    He is outta form at the mo, missing penalties and the likes....

    @Busts, went to check the surveillance cameras and thought for a minute you'd gone and done it and sold Aguero, but I looked more closely and realised it was just Hutton to Alderweireld! :D

    I was joking...I've no idea how he's going to perform but I'm captaining him anyway so we'll see what happens.

    You shouldve been a detective. I actually checked behind the couch to make sure you werent hiding there . I made this move 15 mins ago highly impressive detective work. What did you do? Who did I just move the armband to?;)

    I'd say you moved it back to Aguero. Old habits die hard. ;)

    Enjoying testing out my 'system' on ya. :)

    Has Yoshida lost his place for good now or is there a chance he'll start?

    Sanchez -> Mane or Save FT?

    This may be quite a stupid reason to not go ahead with the move but I'm heading over to Arsenal/Liverpool in two weeks and would prefer if Sanchez didn't rub salt in the wounds as I watch him with the naked eye :P

    im saving the ft with dgw coming up.... besides sanchez if he starts could do really well against a poor newcastle side.....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,658 ✭✭✭greedygoblin

    I have 2 FTs this week (0.4 itb) and I have not got a clue what to do with them. Here are some of the options I've been considering:

    1. Foster + Bellerin + Cazorla -> Forster + Terry + Cork
    2. Foster + PVA + Sanchez -> Forster + Ivanovic + Cork
    3. Any variation of options 1 and 2
    4. Foster -> Forster and bank 1 FT
    5. Foster + ??? -> Forster + $$$
    6. :confused:

    For what it's worth, Krul is my sub keeper but Newcastle are on shaky ground at the moment with injuries.

    Brain = frazzled from conjuring up various permutations. :pac:

    Foster -> Forster and save the 2nd FT would be my move for sure!

    Cheers. That FT might come in useful alright with the break coming up.

    I'd save the FT. There's rumours about that Sanchez might be rested tomorrow, but long-term I'd nearly prefer to have him in my team. That's despite me beginning to lose patience with him and his lack of returns lately.:D

    I would say Alderweireld is first choice now he's back.

    Thanks. Yosh to Alderweireld then.

    brought in costa for Austin earlier in the week, I would have held off until after Austin's DGW if I'd known it was so soon.

    took a 4 point hit to bring in alderwerild for o'shea. Sunderland have a couple of decent fixtures but I sold Bertrand when he got suspended and I really don't like having no Southampton defensive cover. Plus I had trebled up on sunderland for their nice run of fixtures of late :o with o'shea. pantillimon and PVA so one of them had to go.

    Quick question - I have both Zouma and Bellerin. Who do you reckon is more likely to get a start this weekend?

    Newcastle's defence is in tatters, I'd nearly look at going Krul/Foster to someone like Lloris who has nice fixtures ahead or maybe Ospina who'll be getting a DGW before the season is out.

    I only suggest this because I have a near identical team and am quite happy with it.

    Lloris's price is offputting but I do like the fixtures despite Spurs having nothing to play for

    I dont want to double up on arsenal defence. Any CS they get will be a pure fluke

    Decided not too get costa in and too bank my transfer. Captained Kane. The fela whos 4 points ahead of me in my pay league and the fela 5 behind both had costa last week and he didn't do much damage so here's hoping for a repeat. #prayforme

    Team is
    Myhill
    Bellerin PvA Rose
    Sanchez Silva Hazard Eriksen
    Aguero Austin Kane

    bench: Cork Wollscheid Yoshida

    Have 2 FT and £6.7m in the bank.
    Plan was to upgrade Austin to Sturridge/Costa but now that he has a DGW next GW he stays on.

    I guess Yoshida to Alder or Berty is my safest move. Is Berty really worth the extra £1.0m?

    If I do Austin -> Costa (DGW plan) I have £1.8m left in the bank. So if I go for Berty I may strugggle to fit in a Chelsea def for their double...

    Is it worth investing in a different GK too? I think WB fixtures will get very tough soon.

    Forster in will give you a better keeper and southampton coverage. Probably saving yourself a transfer in the long run.

    Pants, hamer

    Bellerin zouma alder c Dawson Jones

    Silva sterling ozil hazard Walters

    Kane augero giroud

    Feel like I need a mini over haul. Keeper, Walters zouma and sterling could probably go. Usually play 343. Im in the running in my money league, so would like a little push on. Usually don't like to take point hits.

    1.2 itb

    Any help or suggestions more than welcome :-)

    Think you have a good idea yourself there. Sterling has a tough run coming. Walters to Mane maybe? Zouma and Bellerin both rotation risk as I know all too well myself, as I'm in the same boat.

    Sturridge out. Costa in. Sturridge will be back in my team before the end of the season I expect though.

    It was between him and Bentekkers for me. With my choices recently, there's a brace on the way for Christian.
