Ah now the dogs on street know Adams was in IRA.

OJ Simpson apparently did not kill his wife, but even cats know he did it.

I don't know if he was or not, that's me been honest, I have no information to suggest either.

I'm just pointing out the irony.

Another ironic thing people calling them murdering scumbags etc, a lot of the people who were disappeared were members of these murdering scumbags group before their death.

Kind of ironic people here saying they had no evidence but still carried found them guilty, and with the next sentence maintains Adams was in the IRA with no evidence to put forward.

Are you for real?? Only a total greenhorn would swallow that line.
You don't have to look hard to see all the evidence points to the fact that he was a major player in the IRA!

The Parachute regiment? The BA/UDR/RUC interning thousands of innocent people? The 'loss' of weapons and ammunition to Loyalist murder gangs?

    You have a point.

So were thousands of others,What they did not include was a single Loyalist. Although the UVF had begun the killing and bombing, this organisation was left untouched, as were other violent Loyalist satellite organisations such as Tara, the Shankill Defence Association and the Ulster Protestant Volunteers. It is known that Faulkner was urged by the British to include a few Protestants in the trawl but he refused.[4]

So after all of that, not a single accusation of involvement levelled personally at Adams. Quelle surprise...

Don't let that stop the blame train though.. choo choo

Dirty ira scumbags turned on their own people all in the name of fighting the British army, it never had anything to do with freedom, they did things to their own people which were much worse than what any invading force ever did. Adams and mcguiness should be tried in a war trials court room in the Hague, hanged in public and buried without ceremony or acknowledgement in an unmarked grave in South Armagh

Funny how Adams has been involved in various IRA ceasefire negotiations with the Brits as early as 1972, did time in the IRA section of Long Kesh and is credited with bringing the IRA to eventual decommission but was never actually in the IRA let alone the commander of Belfast.

The IRA certainly showed a lot of trust in this civilian didn't they?

I seem to remember you berating somebody for their whataboutery on the poppy thread for bringing up IRA crimes. Bit hypocritical of you isn't it?

RTE have dropped to the level of the Paul Williams version of journalism. Is that a surprise, when you look at what it cost them with the priest. Who paid for that little episode.

And that means what exactly? Obama has been president while 1000's of innocents have been murdered by forces under his control. Is he culpable for all of them?

    In before the 'whataboutery' cliché

You were doing well until the closing sentence and 100% correct up to it.

Unfortunately you went a tad over the top then.

Adams claimed he was an IRA leader in the 70s/80s in negotiations with the British government.

You seem a mind of information when it suits you.

What voter intimidation were you referring to, specifically?

Is there some reason you can't answer a simple question on a statement you yourself made?

Are you in fact just lying?
