    If i had to take a full hour for lunch I probably would as well

    Miscounted my holidays carried over so I have an extra half day to use up, better do that soon. Half day next friday I think :cool:

    I used to take piriton to help me sleep when I was working nights. I'm not sure if they will help if you're used to taking proper sleeping tabs but might be worth a try.

    I love going for a walk at lunchtime when the weather allows, but much prefer running after dark - that way no one can see how purple my face is!

    Maybe they don't have time in the morning or evenings? Sometimes I go during my lunch. When I want to get away from the office or if there's no time for it at other times of the day.

    ....but it's also January and a lot of people go mental with exercise in January.

    I run at lunchtimes regularly; the above is one of the reasons why (there are showers in work which is dead handy). Also if I'm having a bad day at work, going for a run helps my grumpy head :) And finally, when I get home from work, I find it very hard to motivate myself to exercise; the couch is sooo comfy!

    I wanna drive so I can drive to my favourite gym. Takes 30-40 minutes to walk there or a 15 minute dangerous cycle.
