    We wouldn't be as fast as you so would be dark when we get back. I think plan is up outside loop and finish off with a few miles back in Clane. up and down very doctors road so come out for the last few miles.

    8 - 8.15 min miles

    Some great training going on here Anto. You're an inspiration, no doubt- constant effort over the years. And not only training, but organising some class races too. Lots of feathers to your cap; I'm glad to call you a friend.

    By the way, is that deferred entry to Donedea 50k still good for 2015? Cheers!

    Carrying your water was ok after you drank some of it. Didn't like carrying the full 2 litres.
