I seem to remember a couple of missed calls from dodgy numbers a few weeks back alright...If only there was some kinda voicemail function available...!:pac:

I am having a very stuttery recovery from injury though so would be of no benefit running with you for a few weeks...maybe I'll come to Sparta for a Very LSR!!

Congrats on Achill!! Lovely place, isn't it? That's where my family is from. Did you make it to the Beehive? They have some of the most delicious soups and sinfully decadent desserts there!!!

Wed..easy few k around clane,still some light muscle damage that's needs lookin after and a bit more recovery.... am glad now that I didn't push d boat out on Sat...3+

Mon...beauti of a run around glendalough straight up cornaboy(sic) on to turlough hill and a look at resivour and back down to glendalough valley and up and around spinc and down for a dip in the lakes,a run worth remembering...10
