    Fri...day walkin around zoo marine.
    Sat....effin hot run to Rocha and back and some more,was like running with a hair dryer in Ur face.38 bleedin degrees..managed 8 till I called it a day...9+.

    I thought I might I have seen you on the hill today ( i ran the route) but you'd probably finished already. Warm weather for a hilly marathon (or even an ultra) but I guess that's the sort of training you are looking for.
