Rammstein are too big a risk for a chicken s**t country like Ireland....the only venue they could play in ROI is the o2 and the promoters would never dream of putting that show on in case it made a loss.....

    the question is.....

    would the people turn up??

I would imagine there would be a huge outside interest (friends of metalers and the curious)

It would be the gig of the century and should be marketed as such.

I dont think it would be too big a risk now, I honestly believe that they would easily fill the o2, if only for the amount of people mad to witness the spectacle that is their live show as opposed to 100% die hard fanatics at it

    I agree...
hopefully a promoter with balls will pick it up.

Id say thats all it would take, their attendance figures worldwide in themselves should alone prove the gigs viability. Selling out MSG (god damn metal gear made me think i typed wrong, but i didnt) in a half hour? Not too many, if any, other non english speaking acts could even dream of it for gods sakes

I **** myself there, I open up this page and see this post
I think we can just accept that it's not happening.

Took me couple of seconds to realize threads were merged

I saw Rammstein last month in Poland. Beautyful hell-fire concert and long show. Im going to Dublin too.
