I think the National Constitution Centre isn't a government organisation and is more of a non-profit organisation that promotes "American values", so hopefully it's not an official award. Shocking if it is.

it's a spoof propaganda piece about sexual freedom in N Korea as a message from Kim Jong Il
Thank you for inviting me to talk to you about sex and gender in North Korea. Dialectical sex and gender is not just one of my intellectual passions. It is a national priority, one that is at the heart of a sexually healthy nation and, in the end, a happy people. Dialectical sex and gender is also at the heart of successful communism, a concept that we in the north fully understand and appreciate. It goes without saying that sexism is linked to capitalism. It also goes without saying that sexual equality is inherent in Marxism. What is uncertain is whether by definition all communist nations have sexual equality.

The answer, I'm sorry to say, is no.

But here in North Korea, we have succeeded in creating sexual equality. And here in North Korea, sexual equality is not only practical and intellectual, but, more, importantly, sexual. Yes, here in North Korea, a constant dialectic has revealed to the masses, in the most practical and intellectual fashion, that the most important manifestation of dialectical sex and gender is sex itself.

    Must be something behind this...
The 200-ton reptile that first terrorized Chicago residents back in 1953 emerged again last night. The monster would have done millions of dollars of damage and may have cost a number of lives, if it weren’t for a brave firefighter who stood up to the monster on his own with a fire gun.

The FBI have decided the release of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi (Lockerbie) was a conspiracy after BP lobbied the Scottish government for his release.

Can't see this going very far.

Mr Blair said he was driven by values of "freedom, liberty and justice".
He didnt find them at home anyway rofl!
"Freedom, liberty and justice are the values which I try to apply to my work on governance in Africa and on preparing the Palestinians for statehood.
What does that mean exactly? Arent they under the control of Israel? Sorry im not too up on the politics in that region.

Yours and my opinion of art are in different stratospheres:D That said If you consider it art I'm happy for you. Each to their own and all that.

yhChang and "Heavy Industries" are very well known and respected artists. It's not down to you or I to decide whether it's art or not.

That's nice. I'm happy for them aswell. Although to be honest I've no interest in discussing the merits of "art" or what you consider to be "art", or what might be "art" with you here in the conspiracy theory forum. If you want a discussion about that sort of thing you should have posted the thread in the arts forum, where it belongs , that way you could chat & natter with like minded individuals about "art" to your hearts content. Take it easy.
