Argh! I missed the aftershow "You're Fired!". Does anyone know if it gets repeated anywhere or if there's anywhere to watch online?
Sadly no. They don't seem to repeat the "your fired" show. It might be on the BBC iplayer which can be accessed if you have a UK ip address.

Actually there is a repeat according to Digiguide:

REALITY SHOW: The Apprentice: You're Fired!
On: BBC 2 Northern Ireland (Digital) (142)
Date: Sunday 4th May 2008 (starting in 2 days)
    Time: 00:40 to 01:15 (35 minutes long)

Companion discussion show to the Apprentice, with Adrian Chiles. Halfway through the 12 week job interview from hell and another one bites the dust. This time the task of creating a unique greeting card has written someone off. Discovering what went wrong and casting their eyes over those who are left are broadcaster Lorraine Kelly, Sir Alan's aide Nick Hewer and founder of Colorblind Cards Jessica Huie.

Michael didn't come across to well either - and heis little outbursts are not doing him any favours either. Bangin on the table and all, what was that about. He was very lucky this week. I's say he will go soon.

I agree Raef looks like a strongest contender. I'd be watching Sara too, she was a good PM in the Pub Grub task, but she has to show something good again if she want's to survive. It was a really bad form what they did to her in the house, especially Lee. It's not that he showed himself in this task that much himself - I don't actually remember him doing anything worth remembering in the whole series.

Michael looked a bit daft alright, he's been doing these gestures all season which seem funny at first glance, but on further inspection he's a bit bonkers.

Yeah they seem to forget that she was PM of a winning team. And Lee the muppet giving her loads of hassle after she came back. No outstanding moments from him apart from when he pitched his aliens idea on this weeks You're Fired, split my hole laughing. :)

Lee is a twat, thinks he's a hard man, fair play to Raef for standing up for the girl, still think Jenny and Claire need to be gotten rid of!

Seriously, they go on about how good abusiness man Alan Sugar is, surely in his right mind he wouldnt hire any of the canditates, I wouldnt.

If you wanted a hangman, there would be pleanty of canditates.

If they are supposedly the best applications they got, then i'd hate to see the rest of the people who applied.

Then of course how much money is is making from the show and when you offset it aginst the "six figure salary" then maybe its a good move.

Love the show though, cant wait for next week,

Jenny & Claire have to go
    Lucinda is useless
    Alex isnt much better
    Michael and Lee wont last
Helene, Sara and Jennifer are staying very quiet
    Raef is the man!!

Best moment so far in the series imo :D

Only got to watch this last night...so had to stay clear of this thread yesterday :D

Absolutely delighted Vicky Pollard AKA Kevin got voted off, what an absolute waffler. His "rallying" speech one on one with the camera summed it all up. How this lad is a bank manager I'll never know, the banks hierarchy must adorn the game of 'bullsh*t bingo' is all I can say.

Frankly each week can't come quick enough for me as the amount of clowns in this series is STAGGERING.

Jenny (Ginger) - PLEASE throw her out next week. What an absolute nightmare, aspirations way beyond her, frankly has not shown anything that would make me want to work with her, let alone employ her on a 6 figure salary!

Jenny (the skanger) - She described herself as one of the best sales people in EUROPE ffs. Why are you even wasting your time on this show then  So far out of her depth it aint funny.

Sara - Poor girl didnt deserve to be bullied this week but frankly she said fcuk all and did fcuk all, needs to raise her game next time.

Alex - A bit like Sara he coasted thru this week, I dont even recall him even speaking on camera? Think he can get better but hes getting very frustrated with some of the idiots hes working with, you can see that!

Claire - Too cocky ! Another one who knows it all and would start an argument in an empty room. Not a team player.

Michael - His outburst said it all, a child and simply does not have a clue! That one order saved his bacon, undoubtedley would have been out on his ear. Stick to the telesales son, you're at the right mark there.

Said on a previous post, despite his Eton style accent & demeanour Raef could be a great shout to make the final.

Whichever Jenny you mean, I agree. The Irish one comes across as a moody cow and the other one is a psycho and a total bully, who is too fond of her own voice. Had she been brought to the boardroom she would have talked herself into getting fired.
    steelbar wrote: »

Not so sure about that .... she was highly competent in her management task but she is weak on sticking up for herself. I think that in a normal business where bullying non-achievers like Jenny would be fired, Lucinda could do well. I don't think she is tough enough to get to the end of this competition though.
    steelbar wrote: »

He is just soooooo dreary - a permanent hang-dog expression on his face.

Did anyone see Lee's "reverse pteradactyl" impression on the meet the boys video on the bbc website? I was amazed at how normal he seemed in the series as I was expecting a complete looper. Now with his aliens talk and his bizarre rounding on Sara, perhaps he is showing his true colours.
Micheal seems to be the posh boy with the least to offer. Michael, Raef and Kevin all came across as being nobby gits in the first few episodes, but Raef has redeemed himself in my eyes.
    steelbar wrote: »

They are a bit non-descript alright.

..... purely by a process of elimination, I'd have to agree. But who would have thought it after his "prince or pauper" speech!

I left Claire out of my post .... I agree with yours.
What really annoys me about her is that she thinks that if she has her little disarming smile on her face that she can say whatever she wants, because she is just trying to help. Her interaction with the army guy during the photography was typical of her. But in fairness she does seem to have taken correction from Sir Alan.

    A pompous arrogant child.

Kevin deserved to go because of his arrogance. He made two fatal mistakes

    1. Not allowing Jenny to make the presentation when she was begging to do so. This was a perfect opportunity to set her up as the fall guy if things were to go pear shaped.

    2. Not bringing Jenny back into the Board Room after SAS pointed out how stupid the concept was which she came up with.

Irish Jenny kept the head down this week but I would be amazed if she makes the final four. I can see Claire going a long way despite her unprovoked attack on Sara in the Board Room. I agree that Raef looks like the favourite.

I can't believe they've managed to assemble such a bunch of useless tossers. Great from a television entertainment perspective, not much use in terms of finding an actual assistant for Siralan (not that i think he cares much).

The singles day idea was realy awful, they were only saved by the other team coming up with an idea so horrendously misguided and stupid, it almost defied belief.

It just shows that when you throw a group of people into a pressurised situation, their sense of reality and ojbectivity goes out the window. Anyone looking at the environmental card idea from outside would have instantly been able to say "this is bull****", but the team-members were caught up in their own world of delusion.

Anyway, definitely the right person got fired this week. So far Raef and Sara are the only contenders who seemed to have any cop on when running projects.

Very good point. It's like shouting answers at the telly while watching The Weakest Link. It's much easier to do it from the comfort of your sitting room, but when you are out there it's a completely different story.

I'm not sure about that, Lucinda was pretty good as a PM.

Anyway, American Apprentice is on tonight - some backstabbing going on there, UK contestants look like best friends in comparision..

Raef has gone from being an irritating knob to being curiously likeable! He's probably a bit too eccentric to win outright though. The same with Lucinda, but she's after asserting herself so I hope she goes further.
Sara needs to stand up for herself and assert herself more - if she does, she is a contender for the win. At this stage, though if I had to make a bet I'd put my money on Claire. You can tell that Sir Alan has taken a shine to her. :D I think she's definitely one of the strongest there. She reminds me of Kristina from last year - she has a big gob, but she has the intelligence and ability to go with it.

Ginger Jenny is trying to be the new Katie Hopkins but it isn't working - at least Katie had a personality.:) She has to go - her voice is headwrecking.
I can't stand Helene because she picks fights with Lucinda for no reason.
Irish Jennifer is useless, she should have gone last week instead of Lindi.

As for the guys - Raef is the ONLY likeable one there (apart from Simon, but he's gone).
Kevin = way too cocky, but I think getting fired has deflated his ego. At least he admitted his mistakes and said he deserved to go.
Alex = sneaky, manupilative and cowardly.
    Michael = downright irritating.
Lee = total hypocrite. No-one has contributed less than him, yet he bullies Sara who wasn't even on his team!!

So at this point my final 4 are Claire, Raef, Sara and Lucinda. Though that could all change by next week!! :D:D

I thought the end of the last episode was absolutely disgusting. The majority of them are just cowardly bullies trying to drag people down, it's sickening and pathetic. I <3 Raef!

In fairness, he can't help coming across as a posharse. All he meant was that he couldn't give a fiddlers about what 'class' the people he works with come from, because he speaks so eloquently it came across as condescending, but it's obvious to me that that wasn't his intention in the least.

    Uhm... apostrophes, anyone?

Did anyone notice that when Kevin and Alex were heading home in the car after the pitches, and Kevin was boasting about how spectacular all the pitches were, how fabulous the team was, etc etc etc.......... that Alex was trying his best not to burst out laughing in the poor deluded guy's face?! He was trying so hard to keep a straight face, bless him...chewing his lips, avoiding eye contact and biting the inside of his cheek.

That moment doesn't forgive him for his horrible attitude/attack towards Sara when she returned from the boardroom, though. That was the most difficult part of the episode to watch.

Are we allowed to mention other sites here? Hope I'm not making a faux pas here by recommending Andrew Collins weekly blog about the episodes - here is his take on the last episode.

A lot of people didn't like Raef due to the fact that he is posh. That is called being an "inverted snob" and is just as bad as dimissing someone because they come from a less well-off area.

I liked Raef from the get-go. He didn't do much in Episode 1 but he shone in the second ep.
