Second IrishPF comp done, first as a (light, weighed in 98.8kg) 105kg lifter and PBs all around.

Squat 245kg (15kg comp PB, 5kg over gym best)
Bench 125kg (10kg comp PB, 5kg over gym best)
Deadlift 265kg (5kg comp PB, 250 is still my gym best).

635kg total for a 30kg PB, so pretty delighted to say the least! Also went 9/9 for the first time.

Didn't think it was that long since your back squat PR was mid-180s when you had a log here. That's some mad progress. Fair play.

I went for the first day on a couch to 5k app, this is definitely a personal achievement for me as I completed it and didn't die. Small thing for most but a big deal for me. I started dieting 3 weeks ago and have dropped from 285lbs to 277lbs, again not a huge amount but I believe diet is the big thing to change first so now that I have improved that, it's time to get working on fitness etc.
