If you could pick a striker for the next 2 GWs with a budget of 9.4m (already have Kane & Aguero) who would you go for? No standouts for me.

    Crouch?

    Ive some headache coming.
Heaton hamer wisdom, jones, clichy, albrighton, elia Carroll. How do I get rid of so many with no wildcard?

    A hit is definitely needed.

I'm now looking at Wisdom and Puncheon out for McAuley and Yaya this week.

McAuley is an old favourite of mine (à la Mr P's Mickey Turner) in FF and he might bring me some luck!!

Terry out then next week for someone and I'll be able to field 11.

Let's just see how the FA Cup games go first.

Maybe Papiss Cisse although City away could put you off despite their leaky defence. It's an absolute punt whatever way you look at it but back in the goals tonight after ACON

Ivan could be looking at a ban due to his headbutt.

Doubt it - very hard to prove anything there, no actual contact

Mr Charisma 1 & 2 on MOTD think he'll get away with it.
Has to get a ban imo, intent was there.

If he doesn't, I'll be getting him back in.

I know man city's line up can be difficult to predict, but I wonder is it worth considering Milner or Nasri as a differential in midfield ?

defoe out for costa, i know defoe has a tasty fixture but I reckon costa will def notch upon return. My only problem is I have 6.6 million in the bank for a midfielder because i'm shipping out carzola to afford costa, the plan was chadli but he seems to have been dropped, any spurs fans know whats going on with him?

pondered bringing in downing again, but his fixtures dont look the best.

Somehow I have ended up with 2 West Bromwich defender's, wisdom and baird, wisdom is up 0.6 since I got him and is closer to a drop, I presume he is first to go, any chance of either regaining starting position, with the blank gameweek coming up I can't carry either if not starting

I think I'm going to bring him in despite the fixtures, though Carroll being out is a blow to his assist potential. They could easily score against Arsenal /Spurs away...Arsenal defence looked ropey against Leicester and Spurs are always capable of conceding. Chelsea at home is tricky but it's a London derby so anything can happen. After those 3, City away is their only really tough fixture but that's not til around GW33 I think. It's either him or Siggy for my 4th mid spot and since Bony left, I don't find Siggy as appealing.

I think erikson will be going and will be looking at dimaria or yaya

Who's the most nailed on starter of Stoke's defence? Wollscheid?

I was going to go Wisdom to Wollscheid but with a week and bit to go, will hold off on any trades due to injuries dictating where i need to improve

Eriksen will be pretty essential for the dgw. If you can afford to bench him in gw27, I'd be keeping him.

    Falcao -> Sturridge

Not going with that after a bit of reflection. I can't see myself keeping Sturridge and will look to bring Sterling in instead over the next 3-4 weeks.

I have Aguero, Falcao, Kane at the moment and I want Costa in there when he is back, so no point wasting a valuable trasnfer on Sturridge and I'll do Falcao -> Costa.
I'm still debating if I should do that for this GW or to hold off until after the blank week.

I'm in a similar situation. Have Aguero - Pelle - Kane. Pelle to Sturridge is an obvious one there, but I'll want Costa for the DGW, so not sure it's worth doing the the Pelle to Studge move now.

Anyone any thoughts on how best to plan for gameweek 27 & 28, with 2 FT 0.7 in the bank and wildcard still available.

    Foster Hamer
    Terry Clyne PVA Hutton Wisdom
    Hazard Sanchez Walcott Silva Boyd
    Aguero Giroud Kane

I was thinking along the lines of:
Wisdom to Haidera for GW 26
Terry and Giroud to Wollscheid and Strurridge for GW 27
And wildcard for GW 28, getting Terry, Costa, Erikson and a spurs def. (assuming Chelsea and Spurs have a double and Costa doesnt pick up yellow cards)
    Anything else standing out?

If the Chelsea game is rescheduled for dgw 28. I'd make 1 transfer next week 2 in gw 27 and play your wildcard in gw 28. There isn't going to be much benefit of keeping your wildcard for later as only a couple of games will be cancelled for the fa cup semi final.

Lads, any of ye reckon Hull citys defenders a worth a punt for the next 6/7 weeks? They have some very favourable fixtures for that period and look a bit more solid in the last 2 gw's. With a lot of people having to move on Wisdom of WBA for seemingly being out of favour under pulis, someone like Bruce at 3.9 could surley come into the reckoning?? what ye think?

Wisdom to Haidara will probably be my move.

Is Dummett not back from injury now?

Hmmm, well he came on for Cabella for the last few minutes the other night, so Haidara still played the 90 minutes. They also both started against Southampton, with Dummett playing centre-half.

Suppose now I have food for thought....

Wisdom, Dummett and Wasil all not starting this week is some concern. I think Wisdom is done for so shall look to get him out, might try a punt on Zouma as I foolishly sold Terry earlier in the week. Dummett may get his place back, I think Wasil is less likely given Huth's transfer in though it seemed to be Matthew Upson who took his place so maybe he'll get it back?
I'll get rid of Wisdom this week anyway and hope that the other two get their place back as having to switch them really wasn't in my plans for the blank/dgw at all. Lousy non starting bastards! :pac:

With Chester and Rosenoir out for at least the next couple of months, Bruce is a good shout actually.

Apparently Haidara is first choice over Dummett since Carver took charge...for now!

Hm Sterling in for Puncheon might be a consideration. I don't want to have 3 Arsenal attackers until I get rid of Giroud but Puncheon *has* to go!
