    +1

If I'm honest, they bore me to hell.

Just had a message from dad on Facebook, telling me that my siblings arrived there today, how they wish I was there and what they've been doing the past few days.

I honestly think that they couldn't give a flying sh!te whether or not I was there.

It's put me into a bad mood again.

I'm the only one of my dad's family who wasn't invited. I was meant to ring him last weekend, but couldn't because he was busy, so he said IO could ring him on Monday night and he'd text me a time to ring him at, no text. Got a few half arsed texts from him, but that was it.

Honestly how can it get to me this much? It's pathetic.

Woohoo I'm not the only one that has an Xbox dislike!

I can see how that could get to you though Muffin, don't be hard on yourself over it. xx

Yep. I kinda need to text him tonight coz I feel a bit low but he's either playing COD or Resident Evil. Basically he's shooting things. He gets completely lost it it and kinda forgets about me..

if its something important then text him. if not then leave him alone, I've been on the opposite side where I got texts and calls over completely trivial stuff from someone all the time about nothing and its, well headwrecking.

imo its not good to go running to a partner every time something is bothering you unless its something thats genuinely upsetting you, you become too reliant on them to be there for comfort and if things ever go pear shaped between you then what?

dont listen to me though, I'm nearly 31 and single what do I know :pac:

It's not that important, I just would like to talk to him so I'll leave him alone. I don't wanna annoy him and you're probably right, I rely on him a lot. Bed time for me soon I think.

    Thanks Jane.

I just feel like I was left out. I know it sounds stupid and it is stupid. It shouldn't get to me this much and I can't understand why it is.

Any chance you could ring your boyfriend? Even a five minute chat could cheer you up :)

No that's completely understandable, I'd probably feel exactly the same in that situation.

Nah I don't wanna bother him if I don't even know what's wrong tbh. I'll be okay.

    +1 to this.

Just having a glass of wine now, going to have a Chicken tikka pie in a few minutes, watch a few episodes of TBBT and then head to bed.

Granny walking around the house now reminding us that tomorrow is a fast day and we are not allowed to eat meat

She said it to my boyfriend and he was like I'm not religious at all, she was not impressed :pac:

Ah delighted to hear you found something :)

I adore eBay. I don't look on it much these days, only because I've no money to spend though :pac: The minute I have any spare cash I straight onto eBay browsing. :o

My boyfriend calls me a magnet for shops/cosmetics/clothes/shoes etc. :D

My mother used to be strict on it but last year it didn't even pop into here head and she made a roast dinner! I think those days are gone now though and there's no harm in it either. I remember my grandfather used to have fish every Friday regardless of it being a Holy day, he just always "fasted" on that day!

    Feeling good tonight :D:D

It doesn't really bother myself or my mother, my mother just goes along with my grandmother to humour her or there'd be a row between them and my granny would be wound up for days and we'd all get the brunt of it.

I personally, eat what I want, when I want regardless of what day it is.

Religious and holy days don't mean anything to me.

I don't meant to cause offence to anyone, and apologise if any offence is caused. It's just my personal opinion and feelings.

No, butter and fat is far better for your cholesterol and if you do have high cholesterol well then you'd be better off finding out what is wrong with your body that you do have high cholesterol and look at all the numbers in your lipid profile. I should add that cholesterol is what heals your body so you could be reducing the bodies abilities to heal itself

Pretty sure I've had this exact same conversation with someone here before, I personally have naturally high cholesterol, as do many in my family, so it's not possible to "find out what's wrong with my body", it's just the way we are, and as they say high cholesterol is fine as long as it keeps moving. And every doctor will say to move to low cholesterol spreads if someone has high cholesterol so the problem is with doctors not with people trying to keep themselves healthy. Many people wouldn't even know what a lipid profile is never mind know how to look at all the numbers in it.

My boss is off so told one of our General Managers that he looks great today and should be in the movies. The reply I got was “No Kiera you’re not getting off early”. I really need to change my approach.

    I’m obviously too predicable :o

Starting measuring my body, as suggested why do you want to be thinner thread and also in here. Well I was a 32/33 waist before now I'm 29 but that's in the morning I'm back up to 30.5 at night.

    Bust is 30, 38, 36. Which means I'm not a 36b even though they are comfy, I'm a 34 d :)

    Hips are 36.

This puts me as a straight or banana shaped person. Which is of no supprise as I've always been a straight body shape.

Hopefully with weight training/kickboxing I will tone up my tummy and stop the fluctuations.

Slept like a baby :D Watching Masterchef Australia with some mini eggs and coke, nomnomnom. I've a lot of work to get done today but I feel refreshed so I might actually get it done :)

I'm watching it too! Had the misfortune of seeing Doctors before it, that show is awful. Is it bad that I don't even know or remember anything about not eating things on Good Friday? Although I do have a vague recollection of mom nearly murdering me and Dad for eating a fry on Good Friday a few years ago... :o

Took me a record 8 minutes to drive to work this morning.

And I don't agree with this whole "Sure it's only the second day a year pubs get off, we shouldn't bedgrudge them it..." schtick. They're not obliged to open every other day of the year, they can take as much downtime as they want. Conversely, any publican who's running a business should have the opportunity to open on a given day if he wants to.

I don't necessarily agree with people drinking twice as much as they would on a regular Friday just because the pubs are closed. But I do think it's high time that this ridiculous situation was reversed.
