    Oh count me in for about 11k (not miles!) at about 9:30 pace for Sunday in Phoenix park (and this time a totally won't get horribly drunk and pull out at 5am the night before).

    I might join ye on Monday but only at the tale end, might do some slow miles at 11 and a couple quick ones at 12.
