Defo taking it easy this weekend so I will not see you. I was considering it earlier in the week but tiredness has set in. Reckon a few beers tonight with the non running mates who I have abandoned will sort me out.

Seeing as it's just Vagga and I so far, we're going to arrive in the Park around 8.30am. So if anyone intends to run with us, post here before 8am and we'll meet you at 8.30 at the Papal Cross car park.

Remember you have the Calcutta Run going past Garda HQ about 12 on Sat.

Roads will be closed from shortly before then so don't park around there.

No I will give that a lash - quite close to the hard session I missed doing yesterday. Those hard sessions are always easier with others.

Worst case you guys drop me by a couple of mins over the middle fast bits :)
