    No worries. Marathon training starts a couple of weeks after the national 10k if you're interested in joining us.

    Session LSR
    20 miles @ 9:30

    Prob going to be doing my long run in Corkagh park and lucan area this weekend if anyone is about. Pace will be no faster then 9:20. will be doing about 10 miles on grass if possible.

    Corkagh is nice to run in, a few nice route and good to be off the road.

    If you run from Malahide to town you'll get about 13 miles, could take in a loop of ST Annes park while on the coast and get close to 20, or go into howh and go over the hill. If you go along the coast all the way be careful on the road from Portmanock/Baldoyle not the best to run on, have about 1.5 miles with no footpath.

    Hey Vagga. I was thinking of doing 15 on sunday. If you're interested we can meet at clontarf and run out to howth and back. You can do the extra 5 by running on into town? I need it to start and finish in the same place as I have to make a quick getaway!!
