    Connemara Last Big LSR
Location: Howth to Bray run - 30M
    Time Saturday 3rd March 11am
    from Howth Dart Station
    Session: LSR
    Pace 9:00 - 9:30 thereabouts

    Confirmed:
    Aimman
    Menoscemo
    Osisin11178
    Kansikane
    Marthastew
    Grahamor

We'll stop off for supplies along the way in shops, so you dont need a rucksack of essentials. Just make sure you catch the right Dart to get you to Howth for 11am

Even if you want to plan a shorter distance or have to drop out at any time, we will be running the coast road all the way and there will be an opportunity to head to the nearest dart station to head home.

I have drinks on Fri night so unfortunately won't be able to do this entire run on Sat due to soreheaditis. I plan to get a replacement 30 miler in the park on Fri afternoon instead.
Even so, I do have the intention to join ye for perhaps the first 6 or 7 miles from Howth but will see on the morning itself!

Hey cool. According to last years route we'd be passing booterstown station at mile 18. So If you wanna park up there and get the dart to howth it'd be a good plan.
Myself and Aimman will be on the dart from bray that passes booterstown at 10.07 and gets into Howth at 10.48

That would probably appeal to me Mr. Slow- how early you talking? We have a 2 week old baby in our house so I'd say anything after 3am wouldn't be a problem for me!
