 I always have to leave 2 or 3 for something in the evening when I'm at my worst. I also used to have my fruit with my lunch like straight after but now I leave it an hour or so, that way it bridges me between meals more and I never thought I'd do it but carrott and cucumber sticks....like I said always munching. When I'm not talking

 I got through it though and am starting week 2 on Sat, let's hope I get through it!!
