    Squats

    87.5kg 2x5 1x6 ----PB weight and reps woo BW finally!!

    Deadlifts
    107.5kg -1x5(looked way better, back felt grand)---PB

    Bench Press
    65kg -3x5(:confused:confused as hell by this:confused:)

    Pull ups

    1x5 chin ups

    Lateral rows
    60kg 3x10

    Bicep curls DBS
    17.5kg 1x16(8 per arm) 1x12(6 per arm)
    5ft bar +20kg of plates 1x5

    Leg raises
    3x12(last day doing these, getting way to easy

    Thoughts:
    I would consider today awesome under usual circumstances, but to hit this with about 3 hours sleep and a bloated stomach was unbelievable

    Squats kicked ass BW, third set was weird tho, i had just finished 1 rep and was waiting at the top, when out of no where i started decending, didnt even get my breath, just went down, its like i forgot how to stand :confused:. i had no way of recovering so i dumped it, reset and banged out 5 more for good measure, maybe 30 sec rest between the 1 and the 5

    Deadlift got good, happy, hips stayed down for majority of lift

    Nearly at pr levels with this bench, which is confusing the crap out of me, i never have a good bench on Dl day. maybe its finally stopped its crappy decline :P

    its a cable machine, one of my favorites actuallyseated_cable_row1.jpg this yokey, except i use a slightly narrower grip. I go in with the cable like he does and on the pull i lean back, not to use momentum as such, but to kind of get the lower back involved in the movement

    better include my lil bit of cardio for the day, 2k fast run home from the cinema in jeans and a hoody and a wooly hat, started lashing once i left the cinema :D, altho i really enjoyed it, was really out of breath. I might do more runs around this distance, i dont like sprinting or endurance running, but a 4min kilometre would be nice. i think these 2 where done under 12 minutes.

    Thats not a lateral row, or at least i wouldn't consider it to be, its a low pulley row with a nuetral grip, theres no real lateral movement

    finally have no calf doms from monday so i will be going to the gym today, might think of 90kg on teh squat, who knows :P. For some reason i really wanna do a program thats just singles.

    Low bar squat work
    Some reps, wide grip-killed my wrists as the bar kept rolling
    narrow grip- hurt my back muscles as it pinches a nerve, fun.

    Pendlay rows
    50kg -1x5
    55kg -1x5
    Big ass rom BoR
    65kg 3x8

    Shoulder press
    50kg 3x5 first rep as a push press ----PB

    pretty much it, for yesterday, was fun, wasnt overly exciting, i didnt squat high bar cause i found a rep at 80kg massivly hard, knew i wasnt gonna get it.


    Tonight:
    did a two hour kempo karate class, broke a good sweat, was fun.

    i wanna take up a fighting style and my friend does kempo so i tagged along, wanna try out a ground one now like bjj, or else judo, time to start browsing!

    Today, what in the hell happened :P

    Squats

    90kg 2x5 ---PB
    87.5 1x5
    ---
    Deadlifts
    110kg -1x9(This freaked me out big time)---PB
    first rep was conventional, the next 6 where very narrow sumo, elbows where touching knees like. The last 2 where the same stance as the sumos but hands on the outside.
    ---
    Bench Press
    67.5kg -2x4 1x5 (getting back to pb levels)
    ---
    Pull ups
    36 pull ups,

    3,3-Wide grip 4,4-Wide neutral grip 5,5-shoulder with grip 6,6 Chin ups very funny as all these sets where to failure, and they worked out like that!

    Squats where good, ugly tho, but would pass in a comp.

    No idea how deadlifts happened, the speed on the sumos and the wide conventionals was unbelievable, didnt hurt my back either, altho the conventional lift did :confused:

    Bench is getting better again, ass lifted off on two reps, one first set, one in the last set, but i would have gotten them anyway. fast reps, Enjoyed it.

    Pull ups where very decent, just wanted to do as many sets as i could and it ended up like that.

    Gonna try get out to a physio on my next day off. Wont be pulling until then.

    Lol if they're narrow as hell then maybe its just a wide stance? So long as it worked it doesn't really matter what you call them.

    yea i wasnt calling the last 2 reps sumo, they where just wide conventionals, but i did technically do 6 sumo reps!

    yea, i like it, the speed difference is ridicolous, it went up easier than the 90kg warm up with the narrow conventional!
