Julian Amendola? Someone trying to splice together Edelman and Amendola to make one guy?
Glad someone picked up on it at least, figured Chris or Danny Edelman would have slipped by too easy. :p

Vikings went from +7 to +9.5 in the last half hour or so... was checking and hoping to get in in the knick of tiem but no joy, so I'm assuming Bradford is indeed out then.

Lawrence Timmons went AWOL from Dolphins hotel yesterday. His whereabouts is known at least

If you had a chance as a neutral to go to Lions @ Saints or Dolphins @ Falcons, which would you choose?

Pre/post game I'd say it would be better in New Orleans than Atlanta though.

If you've never been to NO, and won't be going if not for the game, then it has to be NOLA. What a place to party.

Advantage of New Orleans is that LSU are playing the day before so could take that in too.

I would love to see that new stadium in Atlanta though and I'm going to the Superdome for Wrestlemania in April anyway :o

    Decisions

I'd say Lions/Saints - more likely to be a closer game and possibly a shootout, and New Orleans seems like a funky place that would be fun to visit for a few days.

Sorry if this is the wrong thread to post, I usually watch ESPN first take on YouTube during the season.

When I checked this season so far the ESPN channel and only playing 2-5 minute videos rather than uploading the full show, just wondering if anyone knows where to watch it as I cant seem to see it on the ESPN site.

Last play of the game, but there aren't many teams in the league that would allow Kenny Britt or Sammie Coates to get away with such appalling "effort" as this:

    https://streamable.com/wkwqu

Britt is at the top of the screen, Coates is at the bottom.

Its actually the other way around, with Britt at the bottom. Coates is shocking here, but I'm not too sure if you throw a lot of blame at Britt. Its a short curl route and he does his job, more or less.

It's an appalling attempt! He takes a leisurely stroll off the LOS, is horrendously slow to turn around - the defender is glued to him because it's so obvious what the route is given Britt's lack of effort. Then he makes a half arsed attempt at coming in-field. Coates is certainly worse, but Britt is disgraceful too.

You have to think that the Browns' players expect a complete clear out of the roster next year - the Browns have 13 picks in next years draft (including probably 5 picks in the top 50), plus a massive amount of cap room with a large number of players available on the free agent market next year. This could be partly responsible for the lack of effort - plus the fact that the Browns are a basket case of a franchise.

I have always wondered what has kept Joe Thomas in Cleveland all these years - it certainly wasn't the prospect of being on a winning team.

That's incredible, so slow and ponderous off the line

Shocking really no effort from either of them and giving the QB no chance to get the ball out quickly. You can see by the design of the play it was a 1 step drop quick release type play but horrendous at best.

How about Tim Williams abusing Joe Thomas on that play too?

I don't know about others here but I find this very poor form given that over 200 people have died and children are trapped in a school.

I mean play the game in Oakland if you have to but don't talk about how happy you are the stadium in Mexico City is okay to play a game.

Thing is though business is business and they are not the only ones making sure structures are in place and fine for events or everyday running of operations down there. I don't see it as them being happy but more giving praise to the stadium. Full Quote:
“The initial information from that review is the stadium is remarkably in good shape, and that’s a testament to the construction and the safety devices that were put in place when that stadium was built 50 years ago,” Waller said. “The stadium is actually built with four gaps in it to allow the stadium to move in the event of an earthquake.”

The NFL like any business with vested interest in Mexico city right now have to prepare themselves for the worst and make decisions. Im sure they didn't mean it in bad taste as much as I hate the NFL.
