Small crowds are showing up to hear the Biden and Harris campaign team speak. Yet the polls say Biden miles ahead of Trump? Increasingly fascinating this election. Visually there looks to be more enthusiasm for Trump in the battleground states but come next week we going to find out the truth. Did the media lie about Biden and Harris chances? For the sake of the media they need a clear result victory for Biden here!

Here we go with this lie again.

Small crowds are not turning up, these are invitation only events, safe social distancing because (in case you haven't heard) there is a pandemic ongoing.

100,000 cases in the US, A thousand deaths and still the idiot in chief holds superspreader rallies for thousands of idiots just so he can have his tiny ego stroked.

They hold these events in park areas. Open to the public. Some trump supporters rudely interrupted the speeches in some videos i saw. So no, it is not invite only. We'll know by next week if the bigger rallies for Trump were a sign more people planned on voting for him.

That's nonsense. Trump smart to keep campaigning for votes. Trump just locked himself away and did not campaign in these key states, Biden would have an easier time. This campaign rallying was partly the reason he was so successful in 2016.

You have a complaint it's unwise with Covid 19 and that's fair enough. Trump campaign team knows you have to show yourself to the base.

Net Zero means we are paying for the destruction of our economy and society in pursuit of an unachievable and pointless policy.

Biden has been campaign ing for a year if not more now?

Organising super spreader events is not a great way to ingratiate yourself with the people I those areas who will suffer from the fall out, so it makes sense even from a pragmatic campaign perspective (as opposed to a health one) to not host these kinds of events and wind up killing people and their relatives who otherwise might have voted for you.

Especially when they look at the county by county polling and see that the COVID hotspots are where the GOP have been losing support.

The "well-attended" trump rallies may end up being the thing that pushes Biden over the line in many states.

That's brilliant... just a friendly "you're in Trump country now". (Which is practically the whole country at this point) :pac:

Where are these scenes with the Biden groupies? There's plenty of social distancing inside your pickup truck.

Although, come to mention it... doesn't Sleepy Joe want to mandate mask wearing on the freeway while driving your car? Back in your bunker old boy! :P

Nobody with their head screwed on right, is buying any of these excuses about the lack of visible support for Biden. His rallies are empty because nobody gives a toss about him... that's the truth! He's one of the worst candidates that the Dems have ever put forward for election.

Even crazy Bernie would have gotten more support than this guy! At least he has a modest base of hardcore support, who actually believe in him - unlike Biden.

So, it's okay for these tech companies to prevent the public from reading information from news outlets which they'd rather they didn't, if that news outlet has ever previously published clique bait content?

Is that actually the pathetic argument you folks have gall to make? Guess so.

I love the whinging and whining. Bannon caught the media on the hop four years ago and bragged about “flooding the zone with ****” after the fact. During his presidency Trump has tried to disrupt and belittle the traditional media at every opportunity.

And despite that, you people think you can simply do a version of the same thing again? And that the media will run it and investigate it and question Biden about it and use it to change the narrative and the direction? Again?!!

All that’s happened is they see Trump’s campaign coming this time around. This is a nonsense smear campaign and it deserves no oxygen. If ye didn’t develop any new tricks in four years that’s on you.

You'd want to be as thick a two short planks to believe anything that that poison dwarf puts out.

What's hilarious is that the same people who hang off the words of that miserable propagandist will then bang on about the "MSM" being biased.

What did you think of Donald accusing doctors of inflating the number of covid deaths in order to pocket a few extra quid for themselves?

Trump is no doubt merely referencing Sen.Scott Jensen's claims from a while back which were fact checked by USA Today as being 'True':

As an aside, imagine having to fork out $5000 for 'straight-forward garden-variety pneumonia'.

    How f**ked up is that.

But Trump is claiming something entirely different off the back of that.

Attacking doctors on the front line fighting Covid is not going to win Trump re-election.

Shhh, Pete has told you the inner workings of Trumps head, and given a perfectly rational explanation for something that looks like ****housery, we must now proceed onward to other battles.

Hang on, all USA today verified is that Covid patients cost more to treat than those with flu (no one can be surprised at this given the increase sanitation and PPE requirements, the increased testing and more pertinently, in many cases, the need for ICU and ventilators).

They didn't verify that Doctors have inflated covid tests in order to access hire billing options which was suggested is what Trump was claiming with his comments.

Gotta quote this, did you perform the underlining yourself in MSPaint, or did someone else do it for you? Or did they do the black underline to emphasise the bits that USA today didn't want to emphasise?

Hopefully he does get re-elected so he can keep making America Great for another 4 years.

The Dems are doing themselves no favours with this rhetoric.

    They're absolutely nuts.

But all of this is endorsed my MSM.

The Dems are doing themselves no favours with this rhetoric.

Aye, they absolutely cause the majority of the divisiveness in America by engaging in what was on display in that montage but never forget, they only get away with it because the mainstream liberal leftist media is corrupt and never calls this stuff out. Hell, they encourage it by amplifying it and then add to it by over-focusing on the instances where a black person dies at the hands of the police, instantly suggesting racism is a factor when in the vast majority of cases it has nothing whatsoever to do with it.

And then they'll scream blue murder when Trump refers to them as the enemy of the people?

    It's precisely what they are.

Yet you - and I would assume everyone who thanked your post - have no issues with Donald Trump telling his supporters to physically assault peaceful protesters, and that he will pay their legal fees if they do so on his behalf.

You're not even fooling yourself on this.

I'm not sure how in the world so many people are confused about cult members acting I nthe way cult members do?

Speaks bad about the leader = can't be true, no matter what. Speaks good about the leader = undeniable fact. The source matters absolutely nothing.

    The mainstream LIBERAL LEFTIST media.

In other news: Great to see events like the following taking place, just don't see the same level of enthusiasm for Biden.

Massive enthusiasm and support behind Trump. The only support poor Biden has is the corrupt and dishonest mass produced media. Looking forward to the results and watching the reactions of those putting their trust in those who control the global media.

The poor old Trumpets really can't get their head around the fact that Biden's supporters will show their enthusiasm where it counts - via the ballot box.

Its called virtue signalling, and is also a key feature in many cults to prove loyalty. Again, this is no different.

It's 2016 repeating itself again. I see your going to be losing more money with your bets. The victory will be that bit sweeter.

I'd suspect there could be outrage about fraud from Trump supporters or outright silence towards end of the week.

We were told it would repeat during the 2018 primaries too where the GOP were trounced...

Trump supporters are looking at the fervour of the rallies and taking that as an indication that Trump should win reelection. It doesn't quite work that way. If it did, it wouldn't have been Trump v. Clinton in 2016, it would have been Trump v. Sanders, because it was Bernie Sanders who had the more outwardly enthusiastic voter base. It didn't quite work out that way, and not even because of the stupid superdelegate system the Dems use. Hillary simply got more votes.

Trump cannot win the election on the strength of his base alone. He needs to pull in swing voters, prodigal Republicans and disaffected Democrats as well, and in considerable number.
