Probably wasting time here...but put your thinking cap on instead of the tinfoil one.

What "we" (the great unwashed) know from what has come to light about the disgusting bio-weapon programs of various countries is that the focus (when it comes to human diseases) is on the most lethal and debilitating ones.

It has been the likes of smallpox, anthrax, plague, Marburg virus. I think smallpox used to kill ~ 30 % of people who catch it (and everyone would need extensive medical care) not 2% or so. This virus in China seems of limited use as a weapon...the natural explanation (as opposed to the conspiracy theory) is the more reasonable one.

whoy are people so aggressive,? riddle me dis, how has it naturally managed to merge aids and corona virus nothing at this stage can he ruled in or out.

A friend of my brother works in Shanghai for CoronaCorpchai, they're a company who were formed after the SARS outbreak to research the risks posed to the state, if it were to happen again. Says it's completely under wraps.

He has heard from a reasonable source that a worker in their incubation labs extracted an experimental contagion and brought it home to his fiance in Wuhan as a weird symbolic gesture of love.

Supposedly it's normal in Chinese culture to spread various and potentially lethal viruses across your rice. It's known to add a delicious and unusual flavour to rice dishes, acting as anaphrodisiac but in this case it proved to be lethal.

They were the first fatalities of the Wuhan Coronavirus and the reason we even know about it today.

If that came across as aggressive, I'm sorry.
I just don't like conspiracy theories...the way they spread, mutate & multiply is quite scary in itself!

Does anyone have a link that has each day's confirmed cases. The main one's i've seen just have the latest count, I want to compare previous days new cases by province/city in china (and in other countries)

You can get the daily reports on numbers from China here (starts from the 24th Jan) http://www.nhc.gov.cn/yjb/s7860/new_list.shtml

That’s the Irish all over – they treat a joke as a serious thing and a serious thing as a joke.

I treat unfounded conspiracy theories as a joke.

    Coronavirus2019 is man made

    Coronavirus2019 stolen from Canada

    Coronavirus2019 is a bio weapon

    Coronavirus2019 gives you AIDS

    Aliens fits in just fine.

Well, they might be, if such a weapon targeted specific genes in a population, or a lack of natural resistance in a population. EG Saddam Hussain was interested in weaponising camelpox(or smallpox?) on the basis that local Arabs would have some immunity to it, because they were exposed to it as kids, but non Arab invaders wouldn't have that protection.

Indeed vaccination itself came about because Jenner noted that milk maids never got smallpox, because they were exposed to the far less lethal cowpox which offered immunity against the more lethal smallpox(though he wasn't the first to notice or even try immunising people with cowpox).

Look at the European conquest of the Americas. The locals didn't have any resistance to diseases like measles and millions died. That was "weaponised" biowar in some ways.

So as we get more and more adept and knowledgable about genetics, It's quite possible that you could make a virus that only infects/debilitates/kills people with the genes for red hair, or even skin colour, or one that tended to attack people with particular habits or lifestyles. I mean HIV in the West overwhelmingly targets Gay men and intravenous drug users(much less particular in Africa) and that's a natural virus. No doubt it could be tweaked more.

Plague could be another one. Many of those of European stock reading this would likely have some resistance to it. There were near yearly running plagues in the mediaeval and beyond. The Black Death killed half of Europe's population. The half that didn't die? well they survived it(it kills about a third of those infected. The pneumonic form kills pretty much everyone). That would give some immunity down to today's population. Certainly more than in say African folks who never suffered it.

So yeah it's a potential worry alright.

Sure, why kill people? Everz countrz sells to everz country and all the big people in the government have their fingers in their pie. Itąs better to keep people as a detriment that zou can sell to to both weaken a country and keep the rich people, who can be in the government, army or secret service even, and shareholders of the country happy.

Times have changed imo after world war 2. Pszchology, the media, technology, it has all led to the fact that you do not need to attack a country per say. Sure, boots on the gorund are important, but why risk a protracted war when you can do other methods.

Such as finding ways to cause divisiveness in a society based on race and class, or perhaps lowerin ghte birthrate to lead to a pension bomb. :p

From the US Dept Of Justice Website 28 Jan 2020

Harvard University Professor and Two Chinese Nationals Charged in Three Separate China Related Cases

"Zaosong Zheng, 30, a Chinese national, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2019, at Boston’s Logan International Airport and charged by criminal complaint with attempting to smuggle 21 vials of biological research to China"
    https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/harvard-university-professor-and-two-chinese-nationals-charged-three-separate-china-related

So its not at all unusual to suggest Chinese spies stealing biological research from other countries.

Nearly 1.4k new cases in Hubei tonight. 45 new deaths as well.

Well over 11,000 official cases now.

They explicitly and deliberately used biological weapons. They knowingly gave them blankets infected with smallpox. And I imagine these blankets would be allocated to children and the infirm before men who would fight.

This is the source of the allegations about Chinese spies stealing the virus from a Canadian research institute.

What exactly is your agenda by none stop posting about bio warfare?

So new theory ive seen is the reason the number is only going up by a little over 1k per day is because thats the amount of test kits they are getting acces to or able to process per day.

And if thats true then the lancet projected infected numbers are starting to actually worry me

The US has announced they will not allow entry to any non citizens who have been in China within the past 14 days. Citizens who return will have a mandatory 2 week quarantine. Probably a little too late but will hopefully stop it becoming widespread.

I don't have an agenda, I'm just saying that people who are dismissing possibilities should maybe do a bit of research.
For example, there was a case of a Chinese researcher accused of stealing a coronavirus from a Canadian research centre. Yet its called conspiracy talk here by some.

Test kit shortage seemed to be very likely imo, but it seems to be 'improving' (i.e. Wuhan was stuck around 300 cases for a number of days and now its 500ish).

I was reading about H1N1 2009-10 just because I remember that being a non-event in my life, but looking at the raw numbers would make me now think I should have been bricking it. (I'm aware that this trends very high and the response from governments has been monumental in comparison).

I never said they were connected. I simply showed that the idea was not a conspiracy theory.

Serious question here. Where are people getting their info?
It’s non stop brexit bull**** on sky news, bbc news and RTÉ news. CNN are showing non stop trump impeachment.
You would think corana outbreak isn’t that serious at all!

Guess even the Dem voters will be out offering to help finish the Donald's big wall.

Parts of S.America & Mehico city etc are a bit packed and chaotic to say the least. A large caravan of folks edging towards the border would be a tricky situation, even moreso than normal.

Let's also hope that locust plague in East Africa is resolved, too much pestilence mixed with the batsnake flu, Aussies on fire, and recent batches of 7x earthquakes is starting to look like a tribulation warming-up.
