Guaranteed you are going to get done here for wreckless endangerment or something stupid like that.

No idea. Some comments mention that police car was an instruction vee-hic-le and if that is the case, cant see anything happening from it.

Should be against the rules to post them. Post a link we can all see or not post it at all

In fact it's not very respectful of a private group to be posting links.

Nevermind the indicating, can we all agree that the peugeot driver had the reaction times of a sloth here? Jaysis that was easily avoidable if he just hit the brakes. Not to take away the blame from the tractor careening off to the right unexpectedly...

I think it looks like the tractor tried to block him

Keep an eye on the circled section there. He has parking lights on there, and the indicator is over it. Ya'll see it flashing, especially when it gets nearer the camera

Yeah see something flashing but not only the wrong colour but how the hell are cars behind it supposed to see with those big wheels/mud guard behind it. Defo not legal

How do the cars behind you see you indicating? Rear indicators usually on tip of the cab or rear arches.

Judging by the beacons etc I'd say he has a fairly tidy tractor there and most likely knows the road and that pull in point.

Passing driver jumped to soon probably due to being frustrated and stuck behind tractor for a while an accident nothing sinister about it

Truck driver is in front, cannot see how anyone behind the tractor could see that indicator

It would have a separate set on the rear of the tractor, we are just seeing the forward facing indicators from the angle of the recording.

There's indicators on the back of the mudguard too at the rear.....

We have a driver who says they were on, a witness who says they were on and video evidence that they were on.

    What more do you want?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,509 ✭✭✭the_pen_turner

any evidance of the car having it on. i cant see it on

Simple answer is, that they are not supposed to see it

    Do you actually drive?
With the greatest of respect, that is a moronic comment.
Sure do you see the front indicators on a car when you are following it from the rear?

I cannot believe we have to clarify in this thread that tractors Do have rear indicators, FFS The indicator you see flashing (And it is flashing, maximize the vid if you have to) is attached to "running lights" or side lights, hence why it may not look bright to some people in this thread or may appear as white, also you are watching it through another windscreen in the rain at an angle

Looks like a Claas Ares 816 RZ
    https://youtu.be/8AMGeCdJA-U?t=59
Vid shows walk around and rear lights
