    Hi All.

Best way to train for it is do your cardio and then take a 2 minute break and straight into the push ups and sit up.

    example
    30 minute run (no stopping :) )
    5 minute rest
5 x 50 meter strides ( no sprints ) good long running form
walk back rest or lamp post to lamp post if you have a safe stretch of road.
Then into your sit ups and push ups.

    Do that 3 - 4 times a week.

The push ups are done about 5 minutes after the bleep test so you need to get used to this. You need to recover fast. Best way to get fit and recover quicker is building up your aerobic capacity which is slow easy consistent running. You want to be able to finish your run and feel you could do more. Don't mind all these BS gym classes or cross fit.

Example is based on me not knowing you and you being a complete noobie to running

Best thing to do is just replicate the the test well section A. Do the bleep test to whatever you need don't be disheartened if you can't get that yet I was the same just keep going I done it ever other day and by the time the bleep test came I was sure I would pass ☺ just make sure you're making progress every time you do it.. and give yourself 10 mins and get someone to help you doing the sit ups and push ups.

I'm 5 foot 2 so I was worried about the push pull but I reckon if I passed height shouldn't make a difference just work on your upper body strength in the gym. . The push ups will help!! The obstacle course is graaaand ☺ I made sure I done it under 3 mins just in case I couldn't get 25kgin the push pull but I actually didn't need to.

    Best of Luck ðŸ˜
