Yeah me too, she did so well and had an OOM of 82, It was the bleep test she failed

Sorry to hear that. But tell her keep trying and she will get it next time. I really do feel for people who are unsuccessful throughout the stages because it means so much to get that start in Templemore.

It certainly was not in the lack of trying and she will come back better and stronger the next time. Just a set back and a learning experience. I am sure some day she will be passing out from Templemore :)

She failed it twice so is now out of the competition. She could have appealed it and if successful got a 3rd chance but she decided not to

Small comfort, but that's a very honorable attitude to take and her oom was fantastic. In truth when time comes for her to come back again, that integrity will be remembered eventually.

Very best of luck to you all. I've been following for nearly a year as my daughter was in this campaign but failed the fitness so out of it now.

I feel I know a lot of you through all the interaction and really hope you get good news this week as you deserve it for all your patience, especially 1 or 2 of you.

Fingers, toes and eyes crossed for you all
    Henry :)

Sorry to hear that henry! She should have another crack at it next time! there will be countless recruitment campaigns coming up!

    Good luck!!:):)

Anyone have any idea when Induction Weeks are due to take place. If it's rumoured 16th Oct then surely we should here something in the coming days? I'm checking e-mails all day.

Was talking to a lad this morning and he got a call about something in his file.

So they're definitely working through the files waiting to be signed off.

He was told they're trying to get the first round of offers out this week.

I was recently told by HRM that induction weeks were the 23rd and 30th. But someone else has been told the 16th and 23rd.

Gonna wait till Thursday evening to call to see if the file is signed off.

At least if its not signed by then I'll have to wait until the following week.
