    I was a great fan of Fisher, having been a massive star wars fan in my youth.

    But again people will say it's a massive shock. OK so she was only 60, but like many others who have died this year, had a history of drug abuse.

    Sad news. Aside from Star Wars I came to look forward to her chat show appearances over the last few years. She was always witty and entertaining and brutally honest. I was really hoping she would recover.

    Poor Gary will miss her.

    I know this is just the 'cool' thing to say when some-one famous passes but this is one case where it's particularly hard to believe.
