I would think that someone with that username is a stoner. And I can imagine them in a haze of smoke looking at this and giggling like mad.

Don't worry though, in about 2 hours he's going to get the munchies really bad.

Or a knock on the door from the ERU. :D

Its conspiracy stuff. If you feel there is something wrong about it, then report those posts to the proper authorities. Its just bad timing.

Would you relax, we didn't mention any conspiracy, just acknowledging that it's exceptionally weird and your explanation makes zero sense

You think nuclear war will break out because a lone nut assassinated a Russian diplomat?

He wasnt a lone nut though as his intentions were most likely supported by a large amount of the Turkish population. If trump was assassinated, maybe the assassinator himself would be mentally unstable but theres no denying that the sentiment would be shared and supported by a large amount of americans. And this issue is more sensitive in Turkey as people are it's people's lives at stake in Syria, its not just a political issue like in America

    ???

Maybe he was sent from the future?

Russia's growing alliance with Turkey is key to them disrupting both the EU and NATO - going after Turkey would achieve the opposite as both organisations would rally to support the country and bring it back into their respective folds.

Sure, there'll be a bit of table thumping and chest puffing but as sure is eggs is eggs this will be blamed on the Syrian opposition/rebels and used as pretext for another round of even more intense air attacks.

I wouldn't even be that surprised if the Russians start talking about Turkey being just as much the victim of some kind of 'betrayal' as Russia.

    Won't happen.

But with Obama and Clinton on the way out, its looking better for 2017.

I don't think so to be honest. I think in regard to US foreign policy the only change will be that the Brzezinski method (coups, proxy armies) that was used under Obama will be swapped out for the Kissinger method (direct attacks, invasions). Trump is surrounding himself with a lot of neo-cons.

By middle eastern standards, Syria prior to the war was a secular nation. Western intervention has destroyed Syria.

All gone tit's up for another secular nation, Iraq, Libya, and now Syria. Ah ya gotta love the yanks, the worlds police and fantastic peace loving nation, (well most of the population are), not the f**king war mongering governments, war means money isn't that right congress!!

Lift the bonnet of a Wermacht truck in the 30s and you'd find a Ford badge.
Examine the fuel in a Luftwaffe plane's tank and you'd find the lead it needed to function came from Royal Dutch Shell ;)

    Aye, unfortunately, your probably right.

But the media being so polarized against Trump and his gang might just (hopefully) make it harder to to sell PR stunts like the Gulf of Tonkin and Kuwait Incubator babies fabrications that got the popular support needed for start Vietnam and the first Gulf show.

Indeed. But was not just Ford and Royal Dutch Shell. What is war but a business?
Many other American companies grabbed a big share of that market.
Eastern Standard Oil (Esso/EXXON), Standard Oil of California (Chevron) fueled Hitlers U-boats, Texaco and others of the seven sisters supplied Hitler right up to 1945. The money being mostly controlled by JP Morgan and Associates and Warburg of the Chase Bank.

To be fair the problems in Syria started with a crappy harvest. Loads moved to the city and then the protests started. The protests were put down brutally and then the insurgency started. The west had very little to do with the beginnings of the insurgency. Once it kicked off they were faced with two options, do nothing or intervene. They pretty much did nothing.

If they had intervened then it might have worked out like libya. Thing is though they did nothing. They even ignored their own red line of Assad using chemical attacks.

To say that Syria is the fault of the yanks is a bit conspiracy-ish.

But of course. It was a gamble. The longer the Nazis lasted (with the obvious risks...) the bigger the the destruction and Marshall plan after the party... Not saying Hitler was secretly a US agent provocateur, just saying never miss an opportunity...
