Third place is tough to call. If Japan can get up for it they've got a real chance.

Still can't believe New Zealand aren't in this final. Heads will roll for that one, any of the kiwis here have any idea what the reaction is like back there?

Japan embarrassed in that one. An absolute shellacking.

SA will look back with a lot of regret at this tournament, with the squad they have they should have made the final.

RTÉ doing much better with their coverage than BBC. Not hard, granted, but Fiona Coghlan seems to actually know what she's talking about. Woodward and Co on BBC sound like they've never seen a Sevens game before Saturday.

During the women's games Woodward seemed bored out of his tree, clearly had no interest.

Will they let Fiji do their war dance before?

Why do they play the anthems before the match?

Yep. Kept talking about how netball skills have transfered for the Australian team. Not sure any of them were netball players, or how that particular sport would transfer anyway.

Between games they had Inverdale pitch side and he was telling Woodward how he was surprised that the NZ women were not all big monsters because that's what you would expect from Islanders. He was genuinely surprised they were top class athletes.

Perfect start. Nakarawa is just a beast for this game.

Fiji prone to losing the heads especially during this kind of occasion. Looking good so far though

I'm a tennis fan, you're preaching to the choir.

He's been on rare form at the rowing this week too.

You could make good money if you were a good kicking coach pimping yourself out to all the Sevens teams. The amount of points left behind this tournament, often the winning or losing of a game.
