Anyone know how long it takes OnePlus to get cases back in stock?
I've gone through 3 sandstone cases and each one broke in the top left area.
I was hoping to get the karbon as it seems to be much stronger(I hope).
The only cases in stock are the wooden ones and they don't really appeal to me.
Currently using a Orzly but it wrecks my head when I'm trying to edit text on the extreme left or right as the overlap of the case restricts access to the screen in the sides.

I used to use the swipe up for Google now but that is gone? Swiping up now opens up all the apps. Ideas?

Anyone interested in buying my 3T? It's in immaculate condition it's still has its original screen protector, box, cable and charger. It's been in a clear cover since it was a week old. It's grey. I'm changing it because the fecker won't play ball with my new car's Bluetooth audio. I can make and receive calls it'll even read text messages for me but damned if it'll play music reliably. Pm me anyone who's interested. It's the 64gig version, €300.

    Hey,

In need of a small bit of help.

There seems to be some new kind of tab that has appeared on the bottom of my home screen that can be slid upwards from the bottom, similar to how the tab from the top of the home screen slides down to reveal options such as Bluetooth, airplane mode, data, and wifi ect...

This new tab that suddenly appeared at the bottom of the home screen slides up to reveal all apps installed on the device.

How so I get it to go away? I see nothing in the settings menu?

Not even sure how it occurred, maybe an update or maybe some buttons pushed by accident!!

    Thanks

It was an update to the One Plus launcher. It changed the way folders looks too and now you can fit 5 apps to the dock on the bottom. If you really want the old style app drawer button back you can just use Google's default launcher, Google Now Launcher from the Play Store.

Anyone else notice the cool lightening strike effect when Dash Charge kicks in?!

You sure on the 5 apps in the dock? I just tried and can only have 4 in there.

Yeah I have 5 anyway. If you press down on the home screen and let the options menu on the bottom pop up, hit settings>Home screen layout , there is an option to select how many columns you want for your apps to align to. The options are 3, 4 or 5.

Yeah sorry of course as soon as I post I figure it out.

For those who used swipe up for Google, Ive just added the Google app in the middle of the dock and use that now.

I`m liking the update overall. The one thing that is a bit of an irritant is the notifications seem to have gotten a little darker and harder to read on the lock screen.

Yeah I agree, I'm liking it too. Well two things I'm not mad about, I use on screen navigation buttons which makes the dock look much too big with the new design. Also waving your hand over the proximity sensor to check notifications was one of my favourite features on the phone. I don't think the new lift to wake screen is very practical for people who leave their phone on a desk during work etc. I hope the original option comes back in the next update!

mmmm...I was able to download the Google Now Launcher from the Play store but unable to change the launcher back to this.

Once the app is downloaded to the device and I select it, a pop up box appears asking me to enter a setting mode to which I have the option to select what "Home app" launcher i want to use. On entering this settings menu, the only option is the OnePlus Launcher which is current launcher the device is operating off.

No option to select the "Google Now Launcher"...It ain`t on the list. Any workround??

I`m a traditional man with traditional needs haha...I don`t like the new update very much at all personally.

I agree entirely. That was a nice feature. Don't see the point of lift to wake. I think you can still double tap to wake but it's just not as satisfying somehow!

Maybe the proximity wake feature used extra power or something but there was always the option to switch it off.

A classic first world problem, of course.

Just updated. Big problem, I can't answer or reject a call when the screen is active. I have to turn the screen off and then answer it. Anybody got this?

This is still working for me. Maybe you need to switch it on.

It happened me just after the upgrade today when a call came in but I just rebooted the phone again and it's been OK since

I've tried all the settings and it looks like proximity wake has been removed. The oneplus 3 forum posts seem to confirm this.

I hope you prove me wrong!

Edit: oneplus have confirmed they replaced proximity wake with lift to wake. Looks like you haven't updated your phone.

Have you got the phone on do not disturb?

I think it only allows calls through from starred contacts if that's on.

In settings, display, proximity wake is an option for me. Try there.
