Great stuff. The escalating "Fookin hell, jaysus christ"' 's as the video goes on is hilarious. :D

    Excellent commentary at the end.

I'm really regretting not heading down there last night.

This is great, it seems so menacing as it creeps closer. The commentary is hilarious and spot on!

Fantastic, raw footage of thunderstorms can be boring. Editing can take the boring bits out and give out the highlights. Anyone posting thunderstorm videos please edit it before posting. Rougies did that to a T.

A deluge of water fell on Fermoy area at 3! Absolutely soaked collecting kids from school, and couple of huge bangs of thunder, black clouds hanging around again all of a sudden.

Slight chance of some thunderstorms today overland , greater risk just off shore with the better temp differences.

Any strong cell that does go up , funnels will be possible with some decent low level shear in place.

Hopefully things will keep going for awhile into the evening hours for a lightshow :)

Thundery showers in Dublin Bay now, just one flash of lightning observed. Winds have eased off though, moderate at best.

The thunderstorm caused some flight delays at Shannon Airport. An incoming Ryanair had to wait in a holding pattern for 15 minutes.
