This is kinda a Irrelevant question but how long does it normally take them to correct the papers?

    Not irrelevant at all.
Anything from two to six or more weeks. The best situation is where the teachers in your school are correcting them, they tend to get them back quicker than the companies who charge for correcting.

Just to say thank you to people who have posted. BIG BIG help it was for me and a lot of my friends at school.
Wanna give back although it's been covered but it still might help. Memory is still fresh since I had German today

    GERMAN HL EXAMCRAFT
Text 1- Weird/Difficult to say the least. It was about some fellow meeting some other fellow on the train. Written in Prateritum

Grammar 1- Prateritum into Prasens words were ,,ich/er/whatever {erkannte, kam, nahm, half} and one or two others i'm unsure of
    - Evaluate the gender/ case of a word etc. Might/might not help but what I remember was {ins Bett, des Zuges, Schreibtisch,}

Text 2- It was about a writing course in Munich. I thought it was simple enough.

Grammar 2-Pick the synonyms of several chosen words. 3 options. Words were {deshalb, besichtigen, Ausfluge, diskutieren} and one(?) other

    Ausserung Based on text 2
(a)Picture of a girl sitting quite uncomfortably under a tree. She's writing into a copy.
    (i) What you see in the pic
(ii) 3 questions to ask your man for text 2 about the writing camps
(iii) I think it translated into 3 reasons you would like to go to a writing course

    OR

(b)Picture of a boy/girl (genuinely couldn't tell)- young person anywho. They are at the beach and they are writing/drawing into the sand.
(i)What you see in the pic
(ii)The importance of reading and writing
(iii) Do children(?) like to read and write
Unsure if they last two needed 3 reasons. Wouldn't be surprised if they did.

    Der Brief
(a)School and after the Abitur- Is there a lot of stress in Ireland for students? what would you like to do after you finish the Abitur
(b)German-what d'you know about Germany? Where you ever there before? Would you like to visit her school? How is school different here and there? What Fest in German d'you know
(c)Konzert- A concert you went to. Where was it? how was it? and how was the weather?
(d)Part Time jobs- D'you have one? What do your parents think? What part time jobs are there for young people in ireland?

The other one... Well I didn't do that one since it's way out of my league.
Hope I've helped. Might post Accounting tomorrow if I'm not busy celebrating my last ever mock exam. WOO!
    Good luck

Not entirely sure if this warrants a spoiler but
Does anyone know if the History DEB paper requires two essays on Ireland and one from Europe and the Wider World or vice versa?
Couldn't find anything on it, despite using the search function.

look at past exam papers on examinations.ie , the layout of the mocks is the same as LC and so is structure, you will be notifyed if it has been changed and it has no as far as I know!

And to answer your question I'm fairly sure you answer 1 on each section and a documentary question :-)

    What painting
    was it by monet
    ?
It was just an open question where you had to describe and discuss 2 of his paints

(ii) find how close the 3kg particle gets to the horizontal.

any one have the question b's for english p1?

This is from the DEB paper.

Text 1: "They get their time to shine alongside, and on an equal footing with, the guys"
Television and film are often accused of stereotyping both men and women in a certain way. Write a letter to a national newspaper expressing your views on the matter.

Text 2: Imagine you are one of the U.S. Marines who "were writing diaries of their experiences" during the Gulf War. Write two diary entries, one before and one after your arrival in the warzone.

Text 3: Imagine that, as a reporter for a local newspaper, you have uncovered an important issue in the public interest.Write a proposal to your editor in which you explain what you have discovered and describe how you would like to expose what you have found.

    C. Diary - You are delighted the mocks are over. English and Maths were hard. You will go out and celebrate.
    or
