I am quiet happy with my haul this year, missed out on one or two things by reaching my maximum budget too early but I still have games from the Christmas sale to play so I can hold off till the next sale to get them :p. Spent just over 80e this sale and here is what I got for that:

    Tomb Raider (new one)
    Fallout New Vegas Complete Edition
    Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition
    Darksiders 2
    Sleeping Dogs
    Resident Evil 5
    Men of War: Red Tide

    To the moon
    Lone Survivor
    The Cave
    Deadlight
    Night Sky
    Unmechanical

    Impier
    Sin Epsiode One
    Lucius
    After fall inSanity

It brings games library up to 131 games.......now all I have to do is finish them :p I started off with Tomb Raider which I am very pleased with even if the platforming is too easy, I tried sleeping dogs and while I like the on foot movement the car handling feels like crap, also Fallout seems nice if it didnt crash all the time :( But I think I will take it one game at a time and not get overwhelmed by them all.

I had to find prices separately since not all were steam purchased and some were bought together. The main body is copy pasted.

1 more flash sale to give Braid a chance to turn up. But looking like a 4.49 purchase

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,946 ✭✭✭✭titan18

    My likely final total is

    Counter Strike:GO
    FTL
    Sleeping Dogs
    Reus
    Tropico 4:Modern Times
    Orcs Must Die 2
    Football Manager 2013
    Pro Cycling Manager 2012
    Walking Dead: 400 Days

Already finished Sleeping Dogs too, and had just bought a PS3 before the sale so have all the PS+ games to play too.

I'm doing my best to resist, Dishonoured, Tomb Raider, Bioshock and Borderlands. All good games from what I've heard but not really genres that I spend a lot of time playing, so I'm hesitant to buy them since I'm likely to not to get around to playing them, so if I wait til Christmas etc etc. :D

Get Dishonored. My user name should be proof enough of my love of that game.

Still not working for me. Anyone here with a paypal that can get me Thomas Was Alone and Portal? It'll end up at 6.50. Can reimburse ye through PayPal. I don't want to try to say anything about buying a game for ye as I don't know when it'll work ok again. I tried through the Steam client and just through the web page itself. I got further on the webpage, but I get:

    No data received.

Then, I can either go back or click for more. When I click for more it says:

Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.

Picked up a good few decent games this year.
    Ace of Spades
    The Binding of Isaac
    Borderlands 2 + Pass
    Castle Crashers
    CS:GO
    Dirt 3
    FTL
    Garry's Mod
    Hotline Miami
    Killing Floor
    Magicka
    Organ Trail: Director's Cut
    Prison Architect
    Civ IV
    Civ V
    Simcity 4 Deluxe
    System Shock 2
    Torchlight II
    Trine 2
    The Witcher 2
    Wizorb

Not sure what my total is, but it can't be too bad. The most expensive game was Prison Arch. for 17 quid. Seems like it was worth it. Already on 4 hours today alone!

Thanks, Almighty. Will be able to set that to install now before going to sleep and will be able to get to play 'em sooner now.

My thoughts exactly. Just bought Arma II and the Operation Arrowhead expansion pack which is, bizarrely, cheaper than just Arma II on its own

I am still slighty drunk.... But I am glad I missed the sales, winning Ulster and beating the Alll Ireland Champions was more important to us Monaghan folk :D
