Ugh, went for AssCreed 3 at €17, still feels a bit steep after the couple of hours I played it for on the flatmate's XBox. Stupid sale, bringing out the worst of my impulse buying.

the prologue is dire, and nearly stopped me playing altogether - thankfully stuck it out, and theres a great game in there they tried pretty hard to disguise

I find the amount of people who have Euro Truck Simulator on their list of purchases to be really amusing. :P

Did a little steam pop up not appear on the bottom right? That's where my serial was for Prison Architect.

Is it steam or just the program?

Make sure you're on the detail view in steam.
Click on the game then look over on the far right hand side where it has links. Under one of them, it should say CD key.

did Rockstar ever bother fixing GTA IV for the PC or is it still a stuttering mess of a port?

Now we're entering that point where everything on Steam looks disgustingly expensive and nobody buys for 4-6 weeks

It's pretty good on my AMD 5850 graphics but overall it's not well-optimised.
Check out the XLiveLess addon to cut out the GFWL login silliness.

There was a patch. I can honestly say though that it worked great straight out of the box for me and I have tried it on two separate setups.

The patch did help optimise stuff for me still, but heres hoping they learnt their lesson from last time.

This years sale was disappointing from my point view, but watching so many people on here discover the greatness of ETS2 more than made up for it. :D

And now it's time to hibernate until the next sale. Play the games? That's madness! :P

I am quite enjoying Rogue Legacy. It's one of those grindy games that keep pulling you back. The best type. It doesn't feel like a chore....but fun!

Do any of you reckon that holding on to your summer trading cards will bring you more money for them later on?
