I may have got a bit over excited by my first steam sale, I don't really want to put the prices up it makes me sad hehe.

    Don't Starve,
XCOM Enemy Unknown (ROW) + some DLC,
Just Cause 2 + A load of Just Cause 2 DLC,
    Kenshi,
    Bridge Project

    Stronghold Collection,
    DiRT 3,
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, Mount & Blade: Complete
    Garry's Mod + Counter-Strike: Source,

    Frozen Synapse: Red DLC
    RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum,
    Galactic Civilizations II,
    Reus,
    Universe Sandbox,
    Tomb Raider ROW
    Grand Theft Auto IV (EU),
    FTL: Faster Than Light,

Lots of hours of fun anyway I've a gift copy of frozen synapse also so must look at joining the boards stean gifts group.

Oh and yeah Kerbal is great fun, not on the list I'd bought it previously.

    Anyone recommend Kerbal Space Program?

I bought it. Haven't played it yet but I'm really looking forward to sitting down for an evening and giving it a go. From what I've seen on youtube for the past month, it's looks like a great game.

    Great game!

massive learning curve though, dont be surprised to send many a poor kerbal to an early grave on their quest for glory. But its unreal when you managed to achieve what you wanted (i.e. reach orbit->moon->planet->build a space station).

Its still in an alpha but has a great community making some brilliant mods.

Is there any issues like address like amazon or anything?

Dont think so. You're not ment too but all you have to do is make a regular account and pay through paypal. Dosent even ask for an address.

Anyone here played Lucuis? I bought it at the last sale and only spotted it there in my library. It looks/sounds fairly decent.

First Steam sale here, think I did well enough at circa 37 notes.

4,99€ - Fallout New Vegas Ultimate
    6,24€ - Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed
    10,19€ - Dishonored (ROW)
    7,99€ - Tropico 4 Collector's Bundle
2,49€ - FTL: Faster Than Light
    4,99€ - Dead Space

Pretty happy with that considering I got Arma 2 CO and Civ 5 for cheap enough in June. Kinda sorry I didn't get GTA San Andreas when it was 2.50 cos I probably would have given it a run through in advance of GTA V.

Delighted with Fallout NV bundle cos I've been playing through it on the Xbox again but no DLC, so that'll add something different. Must try out some mods too, never done that before!:)

    Just did the same myself.

Caved on the last day and bought Kerbal Space Program

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,777 ✭✭✭Polar101

Still got 3 games I'd like to buy, but they are all violating my Steam Sale Purhcase Rules.

Kerbal Space Program - it's an alpha
    Borderlands 2 - only 66% off
Endless Space - only 66% off

So I'll wait till the next sale.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,441 ✭✭✭marcbrophy

Wow, I've only heard of this Kerbal Space Program today and I'm seriously tempted to buy it.

Just over 90 mins left in the sale to decide or not :)

Ugh, went for AssCreed 3 at €17, still feels a bit steep after the couple of hours I played it for on the flatmate's XBox. Stupid sale, bringing out the worst of my impulse buying.
