Im heading along next week. My mates has a track thats being pitched to Republic of loose (his track would actually suit them) and Samantha Mumba. Will be interesting to see it live then watch it back on the TV afterwards.

Nice song there for a 16 year old - fair play!

That young fella is very talented at sixteen. Surely has a bright future ahead of him.

Loving this version of it, but I love him anyway so. Is it just me or does the standard of songs seem much, much better this week? Couple of dodgy lyrics, but so much better than last week.

Surprised he went for that song, the other one seemed to suit him so well.

I think Duke's song will do very well in the charts.

Nicky Byrne would be perfect for those US informercials..

I also notice that Domino's will be sponsoring the show. How will their bumpers compare to Volkswagen's Voice of Ireland ones, I wonder...? :D

Good evening to the Upstate New York jury :)

The Dominos bumpers are better. They have a pizza on a turntable like a record, harmless but not annoying.

If nothing else, they are more likely to make you order a pizza than the Barber Shop Quartet were to make you buy a volkswagen!

The could modify this format slightly to select a Eurovision song (and artist)for us.

There are some talented songwriters out there, it would make it much more open than the current mentor system.

We should send Johnny and this song to the Eurovision. Man's a ledge, and sure he can't do any worse than your man last year.

Can't imagine he's gonna rap though. Devastating!

You really should make sure you are good at lip-syncing before you go on stage doing it.

"It is the best thing to happen to Alan"

I'd say Alan's new bride is not happy with her mother in law's comments.

If Johnny Logan (Mr Eurovision) in leather pants and rapping can't win it for us then who can really?!
