    i tried to post from my phone about ten mins ago, but the coverage is bad up here, so the post failed.

    i couldn't believe my eyes when i woke up this morning. winter wonderland!
    big huge fluffy chunks of snow falling steadily the last 45 minutes, if not more.

    Snowing quite heavily here in Lusk, sticking to cars and grass but not on the roads or footpaths. That was certainly a surprise to wake up to!

    Maybe an hour? Pity Dublin radar is down, so hard to tell.

    Rain/sleet mix here now. Seeing flakes in the rain. 2.3c DP 1.3c atm.

    Rain with some sleet here. Interesting how N Dublin seems to be seeing snow, is is cause they are on the back edge of that precipitation?

    I imagine it is intensity based. Was proper snow in Dublin CC there for a while back bit more sleety now.

    mostly sleet when precip is heavier, just rain/sleet now. Temp 3.3 so just that bit too high

    Been on since 7.30 here looks as though it will be on for a good bit yet,non stop since then:cool:
